06/09/2025: We used to regularly come to Taste and Go for lunch for work, but since the start of the school year, the prices have increased significantly: €13.50 for a main course and €15.50 for a main course + dessert menu. These are dinner restaurant prices, not suitable for a lunch at work. For comparison, at the Garde Manger in Pessac, the main courses are between €8.50 and €10.50 with dessert, and the quality is perfectly acceptable. As a result, I no longer have any interest in returning to Taste and Go; the value for money is no longer there.

21/12/2025: Whenever I have the chance to visit Bordeaux, I make sure to stop by "La Toque Cuivrée." The canelés are excellent! The best part: a warm, courteous, and very friendly welcome. I highly recommend it.

14/12/2025: Honestly, it's a pain in the ass. We've ordered Click & Collect several times, and several times things have been missing. ALWAYS check if everything is there because otherwise you get ripped off... Today, December 14, 2025, I was waiting for my order (€55 order / #ORD 9548) and strangely enough, the two damn dog toys that cost €7 and the Christmas drink worth 75 points (€75 spent at McDonald's, I remind you) were missing. So I walked back, and at the counter they gave me what I was owed, thankfully. However, I went home to eat, and imagine my surprise when I realized I should have also checked the fries, which didn't have any cheddar cheese!! Seriously, it's infuriating because I waited so long to not even get what I ordered.

10/12/2025: I often eat at McDonald's restaurants and I found the one in Cavignac really pleasant. The music was nice, the decor very pretty, and the employee Clemence served me with a big smile and great professionalism, which is always a pleasure. I recommend this McDonald's.

Always speaking to you in a condescending tone, he ignores you half the time when you say hello/goodbye. Once, I clumsily inserted my card upside down when paying, and he made a mocking, dismissive remark, implying he thought I was an idiot. If you don't like your job, find another one. I now go to the L'Olaketal tobacconist at the Roustaing tram stop. It's a bit further, BUT AT LEAST THEY'RE FRIENDLY. If contempt were an Olympic sport, you'd definitely get a medal! Rude, ill-mannered jerk!

09/11/2025: I went into this tobacco shop and received a very poor welcome. The shopkeeper didn't respond when I said good evening, simply nodded without speaking, and had a cold and unpleasant attitude. When I simply pointed out that a little politeness would be basic in a business, he replied curtly. Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. I am very disappointed by the staff's attitude. I do not recommend this place.

The dishes are not only delicious, but also very affordable, making them excellent value for money. The portions are generous, the flavors authentic, and the welcome always warm. Whether for a quick break or a more relaxed moment with friends, it's the perfect place. Special mention for their quesadillas, a treat every time! I highly recommend!
