28/01/2026: A very warm welcome, the pizzas are delicious, and the owner is incredibly friendly and always smiling! The 24/7 pizza vending machine outside is super convenient for getting hot pizzas outside of opening hours. I highly recommend it!

25/01/2026: I just had a bad experience for the first time. On Monday evening, January 12th (8:30 PM), I went to pick up two pizzas from the automatic ordering service, and it turns out that the one I chose (the one on special offer) made me sick during the night. The next day I was very weak, so I called a doctor who, after various tests, rushed me to the hospital. They diagnosed severe food poisoning. It took me a full week to recover, with my liver severely affected, and I was hospitalized for 10 days. In conclusion, I will no longer order pizzas from the automatic ordering service because I no longer trust them. However, I will remain a loyal customer of this pizzeria for pizzas made right in front of me. I just hope they'll pay attention and remove the older pizzas or those nearing their expiration date (or even be more vigilant about the ingredients they use). However, if I were to get sick again from eating another pizza, I would file a complaint this time for endangering others through poisoning. I haven't done it yet because I'm feeling a bit better today, and I think we're allowed to make mistakes because nobody's perfect (and besides, I've never had a problem with their very good pizzas before because I'm a big fan).

20/07/2026: The staff's availability is exceptional; they are always ready to help! The waiting time is really very short, which is much appreciated when you're hungry.

10/08/2026: Honestly, I left this experience extremely disappointed. This was the third time I went to this establishment, and on all three occasions, I couldn't get a meal there. The first time, I called ahead and was told that there would be chicken croquettes the next day. I returned as instructed, and when I arrived, I was told the kitchen was closed. Today, again, I was told that there was only feijoada (Brazilian black bean stew) and tapas. Later, after speaking with the manager, I understood that there were also some snacks available. Given the whole situation and after so many similar experiences, I simply decided to leave. As a trans woman, I also need to say that these repeated situations made me feel uncomfortable and gave me the feeling that I wasn't welcome at the establishment. I can't say what the intentions of the people involved were, but that's how I experienced the situation. My review is based exclusively on my personal experiences during these three visits. Unfortunately, I didn't feel welcomed, respected, or comfortable, and for this reason, I don't intend to return to the place or recommend it. I am also sharing this account so that other people, especially LGBT+ people, can learn about my experience and decide for themselves whether they wish to frequent the establishment. Respect and acceptance are fundamental in any establishment open to the public. For me, this experience was marked mainly by the feeling of not having been well received. I sincerely hope that situations like this will be reviewed and that all customers can be treated with respect, courtesy, and dignity.

25/07/2026: The children's play area was in an unacceptable state of filth, to the point that I didn't even dare let my children play there. The restaurant floor, especially under the tables and chairs, was hardly any cleaner. The fries arrived cold. When we asked for hot fries, the wait was so long that by the time they finally arrived, we had already finished our meal. The staff on duty that day couldn't have cared less and were quite arrogant.

29/06/2026: Extremely fast service, even impressive, a high-end version of hot dogs, very tasty, delicious, and reasonably priced for what it is. However, it's far from satisfying...

20/06/2026: Disappointed by the burger, which was much smaller than the hot dogs and much more expensive. The cheddar fries (which were more like potato chips than fries) were incredibly dry… In short, far too expensive for the quality and quantity offered.

28/07/2026: Disappointed. We used to know this place well, but the quality of the food has clearly declined significantly. The prices are far too high for bland, under-seasoned, and meager portions. The "carbonara" pasta was swimming in cream (made in the French style and completely tasteless). Otherwise, the service was excellent; the waitresses and waiters were lovely. But we won't be back; you can find much better elsewhere for the same price.

16/07/2026: A lovely evening at this Italian restaurant, the welcome was friendly, the service efficient and the dishes (meat, pizza and dessert) were tasty and generous, what more could you ask for?

04/08/2026: If you're not to their liking, move on. For a cook to overcook pan-seared foie gras because the owner doesn't like you is truly a waste. And let's not even mention the wait... Avoid at all costs.

17/08/2026: A very good, clean restaurant. The schnitzel Milanese looked like a ready-made product. The only side dish was mashed potatoes. Not even a lettuce leaf. The schnitzel looked like processed meat. My wife's spaghetti Bolognese had very little sauce on the plate. The schnitzel, at almost €20, was totally overpriced. We had eaten Pizza Vesuvio two days prior. That was very good. A shame for such a lovely place.

15/08/2026: They don't accept dogs, which is a shame. Another restaurant nearby welcomed us without any problems, the whole family with the dog.

01/05/2026: The staff are super friendly, the service is quick and welcoming, come here for a drink and to relax!

26/04/2026: A very warm welcome for my girlfriend's bachelorette party. And a complimentary drink for the bride-to-be. Very accommodating, we had a great time.
