04/12/2024: Grand merci pour le personnel adorable qui nous accompagne et nous encadre durant cette expérience effectivement hors du commun ! Nous sommes curieux et nous voulions découvrir ce concept, mais ..... Plutôt déçus par le repas qui aurait du être une explosion de saveurs comme vanté sur le site. il y avait un manque d'équilibre entre les 3 plats servis, juste un peu de légèreté dans ce menu avec un peu plus de saveurs et de corps ! L'accord mets et vins nous a laissé sur notre fin... le blanc et le rouge était très bons, mais terminer par ce crémant n'était vraiment pas judicieux. Pour ceux qui le connaissent, il est buvable en cocktail mais vraiment trop gazeux a boire seul. Attendez vous à un service envoyé en 1h30 et plutôt bruyant. Un bémol aussi de taille, lorsque l'on vous demande de garder votre cuillère à soupe pour manger le dessert, celle qui vous a aidé pour le plat principal pour éviter d'en mettre partout avec la fourchette; mais sommes nous à la cantine ou dans un restaurant où vous avez réglé 69 €/pers... ??? 17/11/2024: L expérience humaine vaut le déplacement , exellent accueil avec d exellents guides ....mais quel dommage.. cuisine très décevante sans saveur, froide , trop cuite...ect pour le prix!!!! Le concept pourrait tellement etre amélioré..avec du pain aux odeurs de levain....des plats aux odeurs alléchantes...ect Vins très correct On gardera en souvenir le côté humain

27/08/2024: We arrived well after check-in and our room was not ready, so Maya who is simply wonderful provided us with free drinks at the bar, then upgraded our room once it became obvious it would not be ready. Despite a pretty bad hick-up that left a pretty bad taste in our mouth, Maya simply went above and beyond, even taking the time to write up some great suggestions for places to stay and check out on our road trip. Very much appreciated! After some reflection I adjusted my review, and added a few stars. This is really a very nice hotel, and it could not be more centrally located, especially for a visit to the Christmas Market

23/08/2024: Problem with the rooftop in the middle of the afternoon. Obliged to ask for the card! After 30 minutes without seeing anyone we left! We did, however, enjoy a beautiful view! Free! Really not up to the standard displayed

29/06/2025: I ordered via Uber Eats. I entered the wrong address and immediately called the restaurant to cancel. I also canceled via Uber Eats. The restaurant owner, who didn't speak a word of French, pretended not to know how to cancel the order. The dish was supposedly ready 1 minute after I ordered. The result: no delivery and I was billed via Uber for the entire order.

13/05/2025: very good salmon/avocado chirashi. Tender and thick salmon, perfect avocado, well-made vinegared sticky rice and much tastier than the competition. and this good tradition rediscovered of offering miso soup and coleslaw with it. certainly a little expensive, but authentic + served with soup and salad therefore :) I also tried the chirashi with 3 raw fish since and it was a treat too, just like the sushi. Be careful, the quality has dropped in 2024, especially the bland and soft vinegared rice. Take your previous rice. That the quantities decrease like everywhere is one thing, but not low-cost ingredients!!

19/12/2023: La dernière fois c'était tres bien mais la.. première nuit la chambre n'est pas faite quand je rentre le lendemain (a 18h) Et la propreté laisse vraiment à désirer.. première nuit, je dors congelée car je mets le chauffage mais la chambre est tout de même froide

11/09/2024: les vacanciers sont partis, ils n'enrestent pas énormément, seuls les LOCAUX font vivre les commerces... Nous y avons consommés des boissons et une gaufre, dite de Liège, plus étroite que la gaufre classique et a la saveur beaucoup plus sucrée. Service féminin souriant et efficace. Les prix sont un peu chers dommage.

27/09/2024: Working for the CNFPT for 2 days, I made a reservation at the Bastide café for 5 people, specifying that we only had one hour for lunch. Besides the fact that the cuisine is very good and the daily menu (main course, dessert, coffee) at €15.70 is completely correct, the boss and his team have "gone out of their way" to make our lives easier despite a full house when a guest got lost, arrived late and was served straight away. Thank you to the whole team and see you soon without fail.

17/09/2024: Steak tartare frankly not good, dishes not copious (we are still hungry at the end of the meal), quite expensive for the little pleasure during the meal... An address that I do not recommend...
