04/07/2026: A weekday lunch with a set menu (starter, main course, dessert) for €30. We expected something perfect! The choices were limited unless you added a supplement of €6 to €8 per course. There was very little on the plates: the fish of the day: a small fillet of ling, three small pieces of bread, a tiny head of broccoli, and a quarter of a potato! The French toast for dessert: two slices of very stale bread, barely enhanced! In short, very disappointing.

16/07/2026: This restaurant is very convenient and the food is generally quite good. However, when a grumpy and discourteous waitress decides she's going to lose it, the entire dining room, including her younger colleagues, is affected. Customers are treated poorly, colleagues are constantly interrupted in the middle of service, and she gets annoyed when customers don't know her 15-minute order rule or make a phone call while eating. In short, it's extremely unbearable and very damaging to the establishment and to tourism. I hope this behavior will be reviewed for everyone's well-being.

12/08/2026: Absolutely loved this Thai restaurant! The food is really, really good, with generous portions, beautifully balanced seasoning, and everything cooked to perfection. The prices are excellent for Paris — honestly, almost cheap for the quality and quantity you get. The service is super fast, they provide free water, and there is plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommended, especially for anyone who loves Asian cuisine. Definitely worth a visit!

05/08/2026: We absolutely loved our meal at Chô Chaï! Everything was delicious and full of flavor. We ordered the chicken nems, noodles, basil beef, and a salad, and every dish was excellent. The restaurant can get quite busy on some days, so be patient it’s definitely worth the wait. Great food, great flavors, and we’d happily come back!

26/07/2026: — An experience to avoid, Thursday, July 23, 9:30 p.m. Incomplete order, frosty reception, no respect for the customer. That's what awaits you at this McDonald's in Bordeaux-Lac. Several items were missing from my order. Faced with this easily corrected error, I was met with utter contempt by the management. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and resolving it politely, the managers present adopted a condescending and unpleasant attitude, as if reporting a problem were an offense. To top it all off: when I asked for their names to identify the people I was speaking to, they categorically refused to give them to me. This refusal speaks volumes about the seriousness of this establishment's management and its complete lack of responsibility towards customers. Customer service worthy of the name begins with transparency and respect, two concepts clearly foreign to the management team at this restaurant. If you're looking for even a modicum of consideration for your money and your time, I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
