25/08/2026: Yeah this is great pizza at a very convenient spot for perfectly normal prices. Recommended for sure.

20/08/2026: The product was good, but the service was terrible, especially since we were tourists. We saw him hide the card reader under the counter, and he couldn't understand us in English or Spanish. However, when it came time to pay, a "Cash Only" popped out of his mouth, sounding like it came straight from Westminster. Once we had our pizza and were out of sight of him, we heard him laughing his head off at us with a friend of his who seemed to have a questionable lifestyle.

12/06/2026: We've been eating there for over 20 years and it's always a pleasure; the food is delicious. It's become our regular spot every month, a real treat.

13/05/2026: Traditional Chinese restaurant. Very good, classic and typical decor. I particularly enjoyed the chef's crispy lemon chicken. Friendly service.

06/09/2026: We came to eat at Bistrot du Centre on Friday, September 4th, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely shaded terrace at the back of the restaurant. As for the meal, it was generous and the presentation of the dishes was beautiful. Well done to the new chef! And a warm welcome. My 96-year-old mother also enjoyed it. 14/07/2026: I'm really disappointed to see the quality decline since April. The madeleines are nothing like they used to be: they're often hard, sometimes still cold inside, other times completely dry. And for the last two or three weeks, there haven't been any chocolate chips at all. At first, I thought it was a mistake, but after coming back several times, the observation is the same. At €1.10 a madeleine, you'd expect a minimum level of quality. I've also noticed that the croissants are smaller than they used to be. As for the service, it really depends on who's there. The young, dark-haired man is always smiling, welcoming, and in a good mood. On the other hand, the two saleswomen (one blonde and one young brunette) often give the impression that serving customers bothers them. They sometimes chat amongst themselves about their absent colleagues or complain during service, which isn't very professional. It's a shame, because I was a loyal customer, but the decline in product quality, combined with a sometimes unpleasant welcome, makes me seriously hesitate to return.

26/09/2026: A very bad experience. The price is completely disproportionate to the service. We waited 35 minutes for our food, then another 30 minutes before it was cleared. And in between? No customer service whatsoever. We clearly felt forgotten. The problem is that at this price point, you expect a minimum level of quality and service. Here, you already have to pay a lot for the main courses, then add another €5 to €9 for a side dish. A seared tuna at €24 that arrived practically raw, with so much sesame that you could barely find the tuna on the plate… it's hard to justify the price. The meat dishes were served without any real sauce, just with a "meat jus." The presentation was also very disappointing for such prices. Special mention goes to the side dish concept: vegetables are more expensive than fries and potatoes. For a restaurant that already charges these prices, it's quite hard to understand. And to top it all off, comfort is definitely lacking: high chairs without backs and uncomfortable tables—not exactly what you expect when you're paying a hefty bill. In short: an interminable wait, nonexistent service, disappointing food, presentation that needs improvement, and bills that quickly escalate. At these prices, you don't expect the moon: you simply expect the quality, the food, and the service to match the price. Here, that was clearly not the case.

25/09/2026: The service was far too slow; waiting over 20 minutes to order is simply unacceptable, and then another 20 minutes to get the food. It's a shame because the atmosphere was great.

26/07/2026: I now live far from Bordeaux, but I always make sure to stop by the shop whenever I'm in the area. The canelés are still delicious, but the service really needs improvement. I took the opportunity to introduce your canelés to my colleagues, and some of them even placed orders. I could tell she was annoyed at having to serve me when no one else was there... I'll go to a different shop next time.

28/08/2026: Fantastic place! The custom-made poké bowls are delicious, made with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. The service is excellent, and the direct access from the A63 motorway is incredibly convenient for a quick and easy meal. A big thank you to the team, keep up the great work!

21/06/2026: I was delighted by the warm welcome and attentive service from the waiters. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the setting is calm and elegant. The price-quality ratio is quite reasonable. The wait time was acceptable and the cleanliness was impeccable.

22/09/2026: If you are lucky enough to get in and have a table, you will NOT be disappointed!! Great food and so wonderful. It is only the husband and wife, with 4 tables total (they said they don't use the back room anymore which had extra space). English is minimal, so be prepared for that. Food was incredible!!! So so good

18/06/2026: Very friendly and helpful staff. I had broken my leg that day and they assisted me well. It was also one of the only hotels in the area that had a wheelchair available.

05/05/2026: What can I say? The staff were excellent, from the shuttle to the reception and the restaurant. A huge thank you to the trio of girls—they'll recognize themselves, I think—you were perfect for our morale! And to Mr. Jean-Michel, I believe 🤔. We've found our transit point for our holiday departures, well, when we can actually leave! 😂 We had three difficult days, and thankfully they were lovely. The room was nice, the restaurant was good. One small issue: when you order the "express" breakfast, please specify to guests that it's just a mini pastry and a bottle of water in the room?

19/08/2026: One of the best restaurants for this type of cuisine. Even a simple sandwich is made with great care (quality meat, homemade sauce). Furthermore, the customer service is superb; the chef is very kind and welcoming. The atmosphere of the small, hidden terrace is cozy, with vintage decorations and greenery adding to the charm of the place. A must-try!

10/09/2026: I'm a regular at tea rooms. I stopped in front of the cake display without seeing any prices. I tried anyway. The woman described all the cakes to me, and I chose the dark chocolate and orange one. She offered me several drinks, and I decided to try the iced coffee (big mistake because, to this day, I still haven't digested it...). A "small" slice of cake cost €4, and this indigestible drink was €7. It's too expensive; I'll go to other tea rooms next time.

27/08/2026: Visited twice with my daughter, including today. The coffee and hot chocolate were very good. The cakes were excellent—organic and homemade. And the staff were very pleasant. For the price, let's be honest: it's not the cheapest option, but you're paying for the quality. We didn't have the chance to try the food, but it looked delicious. I highly recommend it.
