12/09/2026: A well-located cabin, simple comfort but a really nice view of the bay. The seafood was very fresh and well-prepared. The sole meunière was delicious. One small drawback: a lack of communication between staff and customers.

02/09/2026: What a shame! As a Bordeaux resident and frequent customer, I'm very disappointed! I bought two 3D keychains on Sunday, and they've been completely broken since Monday. Apparently, these aren't keychains at all; they're just for decoration on a bag... they break at the slightest touch... The staff, who were very helpful, told me they'd issue a voucher, but then said no... I won't be back! And fellow Bordeaux residents, steer clear!

26/09/2026: The welcome was perfect, and a smile is important!! The pizza was flawless, from the dough to the toppings!! The only thing left was the dessert, the tiramisu, but it was also perfect!! So I'll definitely be back!!

24/08/2026: For a last-minute meal one evening because nothing else was open, why not? The franchise rarely disappoints in many areas, but honestly, receiving a cut of meat in that state, so tough and hard to cut… well. Then, the drinks arriving at the same time as the food, that's also a shame. And the famous "tealight candles and plates": not a single candle was still burning, they were all on their last legs, unfortunately, so the plates and the food were cold. Well, luckily, the waiters/waitresses were attentive and understanding, so that somewhat redeemed this unpleasant experience.

18/08/2026: The tacos had an indefinable taste, a mix of industrial sauces, plus the large, frozen fries inside were soggy and ruined the already disappointing experience. I recommend avoiding them.

02/07/2026: Great service, great atmosphere, however, this is our second visit. The ribeye steak I ordered rare arrived half-pint-red/cooked and hard to cut due to large pieces of fat. The price is a bit high for the quality of the meat. Otherwise, all the other dishes were perfect. I highly recommend it.

22/08/2026: I ordered a pizza directly from the website, and it was listed at €14.99, but when I went to pick it up, the price was €9.99. So I paid €9.99 in the store and was supposedly refunded the €14.99 I paid online. I'm still waiting for that refund.

26/09/2026: We can't comment on the quality of the food, since we didn't stay! We arrived as a group of five and were rudely turned away by the waiter, who refused to allow us to put a fifth chair around the two tables, even if we squeezed them together to avoid blocking the passage. It was inconceivable that any of us would have to stand! So we left for a bar next door. This is unacceptable.
