14/07/2026: I'm really disappointed to see the quality decline since April. The madeleines are nothing like they used to be: they're often hard, sometimes still cold inside, other times completely dry. And for the last two or three weeks, there haven't been any chocolate chips at all. At first, I thought it was a mistake, but after coming back several times, the observation is the same. At €1.10 a madeleine, you'd expect a minimum level of quality. I've also noticed that the croissants are smaller than they used to be. As for the service, it really depends on who's there. The young, dark-haired man is always smiling, welcoming, and in a good mood. On the other hand, the two saleswomen (one blonde and one young brunette) often give the impression that serving customers bothers them. They sometimes chat amongst themselves about their absent colleagues or complain during service, which isn't very professional. It's a shame, because I was a loyal customer, but the decline in product quality, combined with a sometimes unpleasant welcome, makes me seriously hesitate to return.

19/07/2026: Hello, I don't recommend this McDonald's in Biganos because I wanted to order a coffee at 10:17 PM and they told me it was closed and they couldn't make coffees. It's ridiculous! This has happened to me several times. So, I don't recommend this McDonald's in Biganos.

06/07/2026: Avoid this hotel, esp if you need good internet access and mobility. There are other ibis hotels in Bordeaux or other hotels that offer better value and better management than this. They have terrible (often no) internet connection.For days! Many other guests complaint about. but the management did not put any efforts to redress this. They put the burden to facing the complaints from the guests to the staffs, and the staffs just say sorry and shrug their shoulder. There is no redress mechanism from the management. They have 2 elevators but they only activate one, which means it takes long time to get up/down floors. I'm not sure what they trying to get. Saving money and making guests frustrated? Internet and elevator are two important service for guests. They should put these two in their website: if I knew this, I won't stay in this hotel. And I'm sure no other guess that i've met during my stay and complained with the same issue would too!

16/07/2026: First try of the crispy rice and it's a delight. The chicken is very good, perfectly seasoned, and the sauce is just right. I'm finishing it as I write this review and it's just as good as the first bite. The small spicy sauce offered as an extra for those who like it hot is a great addition. Well done!

16/07/2026: We ordered two tacos. When we opened them, we found the chicken was still raw, white inside, and clearly undercooked. It was completely inedible. We immediately returned them. Instead of acknowledging the problem, the manager took the tacos and threw them in the trash without a single apology. Worse still, he started shouting in front of everyone and still demanded we pay the €18. This is simply outrageous. Serving raw chicken endangers customers' health. A responsible business owner would have apologized and offered a refund or a replacement. Here, there was nothing of the sort: only aggression, contempt, and unacceptable behavior. I strongly advise against this establishment. If you value your health and want to be treated with even a modicum of respect, avoid it.

23/07/2026: This place is magnificent, especially when you're on the upstairs terrace with a view of the Dune du Pilat. I had a homemade hibiscus lemonade and a passion fruit and lemon sorbet; both were delicious. Their pastries looked amazing too. I highly recommend it.
