Despite minimal patronage and a full staff, the situation remains appalling: neglected tables, obvious dirt, and restrooms in a nauseating state. The team had ample time to maintain the premises in pristine condition. A simple order of refreshments required a wait of over 15 minutes, only to be delivered without the requested ice. When the order was corrected, a staff member was remarkably condescending, despite the error. Finally, tolerating the continuous beeping of the fryers for over an hour demonstrates a lack of professionalism and a blatant failure of supervision.

26/07/2026: Very disappointing. The baked egg was bland, and I won't even mention the fly that accidentally got in it without the cook apologizing, but it was unpleasant. The meat was underripe with industrial-looking fries. Only the wine was good. This restaurant should be avoided. Regarding value for money: it costs like a high-end restaurant for the quality of a small one.

11/08/2026: Friendly and professional staff. We enjoyed our meal on the terrace. Inside, the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat.

09/08/2026: The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's very pleasant inside. However, the only downside is the caramel sundae, which is really not great. It's not the smooth vanilla ice cream you'd expect. The quality and taste were really disappointing. I don't recommend this dessert.

30/07/2026: An ice cream that cost €2.10 served in a coffee cup!! That's simply robbery and treating the customer like a cash cow. Even after complaining, they served me the same portion again! Honestly, do they ever put themselves in the customer's shoes?!

25/07/2026: The wait was far too long, incomprehensible for a restaurant considered fast food. The wait was much longer than at a regular restaurant; honestly, I've never seen anything like it. The quality was very poor, and the service was mediocre as well. I don't understand this glaring lack of organization. You need to review your schedules, your recruitment, your methods, or whatever it is. Catastrophic!

25/05/2026: I ordered a four-cheese pizza. It really wasn't good. One of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The cheese was rubbery and tasteless. We also ordered a charcuterie board. Two pieces of sausage were poorly cut, and the ham was completely uninteresting. It's a shame. Furthermore, we ordered takeout. The order took a very, very long time to arrive. The first delivery driver waited 20 minutes and then canceled the order (with Uber Eats).

18/05/2026: FOLLOW-UP TO YOUR RESPONSE: We are particularly shocked by your response, which attempts to portray regular customers as disrespectful and dishonest in order to divert attention from the real issue: we were ignored for nearly two hours. At no point did we request that customers be "kicked out," nor did we demand preferential treatment. We simply waited, politely followed up several times, and remained patient despite an already very unpleasant situation. What is regrettable is that instead of acknowledging an obvious problem, you are now choosing to invent shameful and completely false behaviors, such as this story about open taps. We have never done that, and this level of accusation is unbecoming of a restaurant manager. We would also like to point out that we were always respectful to your server with the very short hair, who was the only one to maintain a professional attitude throughout the evening. We even told him we knew perfectly well this situation wasn't his fault. Your response unfortunately reflects the experience we had that evening: no self-reflection, no tact, no consideration for loyal customers. Making customers wait can happen. Blaming them afterward to try and absolve yourself of responsibility is a completely different matter. First comment left: Avoid at all costs. As regular customers of the restaurant, we arrived as a group of eight and were told there would be a 30-minute wait. The result: two hours of waiting, repeatedly bothering the waiter, only to finally understand that we had simply been forgotten. The most shocking thing was the manager's attitude: no professionalism, no gesture of goodwill, and above all, an astounding arrogance when we asked him how he intended to make up for such a disrespectful wait. Perhaps he skipped his customer service and relations courses? Making customers wait can happen. Looking down on them after forgetting about them for 2 hours is a choice.

28/06/2026: A top-notch pizzeria... we've been going there for years, the pizzas are excellent, generous, and the crust is soft. Everything is perfect... But unfortunately, I just learned they've sold it; there will be a new owner. I hope they'll be up to the task 😉 because we're regulars... In the meantime, I wish this very nice couple a wonderful retirement and a good rest. 🙏 Thank you for these excellent pizzas.

He took care of our order and looked after us while we waited, with great interpersonal skills. He was very relaxed, smiling, friendly, and genuinely pleasant. It's so rare to encounter someone so attentive and down-to-earth that it deserves to be mentioned. Thank you to him for his professionalism and good humor; it made our drive-thru experience very enjoyable!

A reasonably priced menu and à la carte options... - I decided to try the baby squid, which was absolutely perfect. - Then I had a Latin-style steak tartare with fries made from real potatoes, which were frankly beyond perfect...
