19/12/2025: This is my first time here and I'm disappointed. We waited a long time before even having to ask to place an order. No server came to take our order for 45 minutes. That's unacceptable. Then the burger was cold. Apart from the manager, who seemed friendly at the end, the service wasn't pleasant. It's a real shame.
13/12/2025: The food and service were good, but the service was chaotic, both for the food and the drinks. It took almost two hours in total to get everything, and the staff didn't even apologize!

13/11/2025: Warm welcome. Very generous and delicious meal. It's a shame the restaurant is so small; you quickly feel cramped.
I had a good time and we all enjoyed our meal.
I recommend it for discovering Senegalese cuisine.

04/05/2026: I don't really understand the negative reviews. I came for lunch yesterday, and yes, you can tell the owner(s) have strong personalities, but that's also what makes it so charming. The meat was good. Authentic atmosphere. A genuine place. We'll be back.

Because the pizzas are excellent and the service is always excellent, I understand why competitors would be jealous of this establishment, one of the best pizzerias in the area!
02/05/2026: We've been coming here for years and the pizzas are always excellent, the staff are very welcoming and punctual! I highly recommend this pizzeria, which uses fresh, local ingredients!

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming!
I want to thank the chef and his team for this lovely impromptu experience, as we hadn't made a reservation for Friday evening.
We opted for the vegetarian tasting platter and the one with beef shawarma. For dessert, we had gazelle horns.
Everything was delicious, and the hummus was absolutely divine.
The mint tea was also very good.
Thank you so much! :)
17/03/2026: This is definitely one of the best spots in the Nansouty neighborhood. A small terrace, sheltered from view and noise. Generous and incredibly delicious Mediterranean dishes. And Cécile makes the best gazelle horns in Bordeaux 😋 Go without hesitation!

13/05/2026: Visited on May 13th, ordered two sandwiches: one ham and butter, and the other goat cheese and honey. The ham and butter sandwich had no butter, and the goat cheese and honey was dry. There was also a raspberry sandwich with only cream, no substance whatsoever. The waitress who served me at lunchtime was rather unfriendly. It was my first and last time at this place. Very disappointed.

09/12/2025: A very disappointing experience. We chose the main course and dessert option. After a very long wait, the dishes arrived with barely two potatoes and three bites. The desserts were okay. There was no milk or petit fours to accompany the coffee.
We expressed our disappointment to the waitress, especially considering the price of the €22.90 set menu. Her indifference was on par with the rest of the service. We are regular restaurant-goers and have never left so hungry. What a rip-off!

10/06/2026: I just went there with my dad. It's a real brasserie (note: cash and checks only). We walk past it every day and finally decided to go in. What can I say? A starter, main course, dessert, coffee, and house wine for 17 euros??? Do you know where else to find that in the Bordeaux metropolitan area? 43 euros for two with two half-pints of lemonade; we ended up spending 50 euros, which was mandatory. Friendly owner, regular clientele. I recommend it.
