12/09/2024: Very nice hotel, with a well-deserved, excellent 3 stars, we love coming here. Arriving late here, there was no problem, handing over the keys and opening the gate was problem-free because we had received the codes for this in advance. Gladly again.

18/08/2024: Great discovery, very comfortable 160 bed, impeccable service, just the entrance sign hidden by vegetation, especially with an arrival at night. Closed parking lot.

04/09/2024: More than average experience. Poor quality of dishes: little taste, mostly frozen products. A Liège chocolate without vanilla ice cream arrived almost already melted, meat cooking not requested for the children's menu (we left without the "surprise"). Very poor value for money. Aging furniture. Sticky ground, multiple cobwebs. Sanitary facilities (of the hotel) in a deplorable state of hygiene and disrespectful to customers. An experience that I am not ready to repeat!

12/09/2024: Having been a regular at this restaurant for over 10 years, I have noticed a collapse in quality and service. We were served by a waiter who had consumed certain substances which were clearly visible to all, forgotten orders and incoherent speech. My dish was garnished with hair from a waiter or cook, we asked for bread that was stale, the waiter replaced it with bread from the day before put in the oven. Finally, after complaining about all this, this same server offered us a 10% discount noted on the receipt but made me pay the full amount without the discount. Thanks to my partner who noticed it when leaving the restaurant, I went back and this same waiter continued to have an incoherent and unprofessional speech and he struggled to refund the money in cash. Finally, all of the restaurant's customers did not smile and all seemed doubtful and observing the waiters who were more than incompetent and having worked in the restaurant business, I can recognize people who were not in their normal states. This restaurant is an emblem of Bordeaux and deserves better than that, both in terms of food and service. A disappointed customer.

12/09/2024: I have been frequenting this restaurant for over 10 years and have unfortunately noticed a significant decline in quality and service. We encountered several problems: forgotten orders and difficult communication with a server. My dish had hair in it, and the bread we ordered was stale. When we asked for a replacement, the new bread appeared to have simply been reheated. After expressing my dissatisfaction, a 10% discount was offered, but it was not applied at checkout. Fortunately, my partner noticed this, and we were able to correct it after leaving the restaurant. The staff seemed unprofessional and unorganized, which clearly impacted the overall experience. It’s a shame, because this restaurant, which is an institution in Bordeaux, deserves better, both in terms of food and service. A disappointed customer.

20/08/2024: Nous n'étions pas revenus depuis longtemps dans ce lieu qui à deux reprises nous avait laissés un très bon souvenir. Cette fois-ci, petite déception. Les tarifs ont augmenté (comme partout), mais cela reste compétitif. Le menu enfant est généreux (attention, les merguez seront peut être un peu épicées pour vos enfants, à garder en tête). La semoule et les légumes sont à volonté, sur les formules avec couscous. Malheureusement, la viande était plutôt froide, les merguez pas assez cuites et froides, les légumes étaient plutôt rares dans le bouillon, avec surtout...des carottes (un peu de navets, et très peu de courgettes). Bouillon plutôt gras et que nous n'avons pas trouvé particulièrement gouteux. Même la semoule n'était pas au top. On ne peut pas dire qu'on a très mal mangé, mais la viande froide et les merguez pas assez cuites (que ce soit les nôtres ou celles des enfants), ce n'est pas génial. Bref, la repas, n'était pas du tout au même niveau que les fois précédentes, espérons que ce n'était qu'un loupé ponctuel. Service aimable et efficace.

29/07/2024: Très bon accueil et service correct. Le couscous Marrakech et la tajine fantasia sont vraiment très bons et surtout très copieux. Chapeau d'ailleurs à ceux qui terminent les plats.

10/09/2024: The place is quite cute. Staff is polite and food is delicious. We visit the place during the weekend. A lot of people but we found a spot. Our favourite is tuna in a bun. The tea is good and pastries are fresh. The croissant was perfect. We spend 13 euro for our breakfast and I can’t say that it’s expensive. So we recommend this place.

31/08/2024: Arriving at 10 a.m. for breakfast during the weekend, I was made to understand that it was too late and that the breakfast service had ended. I understand of course that it is legitimate to have different services. I find it more difficult to accept the somewhat scathing words of the man at the counter. Blaming me for drinking too much the night before and/or taking drugs, preventing me from waking up earlier. It was a very inappropriate and unwelcome remark which, added to the lack of alternative to the absence of breakfast, made me have a bad experience.

19/09/2024: we went for lunch yesterday, my husband had a paella which was very dry we would have thought it was a paella reheated several times the shrimps were impossible to peel them and the mussels were dried the rice we could see that it had burnt this dish cost 9€. As for me, I had cheese ravioli, I got a portion of 10 cm by 6 cm, a child's portion for 8€9. Fortunately the taste was good. To complete I went to get some vegetables, there were eggplants, chard mashed potatoes, peas, fries. Vegetables not to everyone's taste, the rest starchy foods!! We left disappointed with your establishment.
