10/09/2026: We came to the drive-thru at 5:15 PM on Sunday for just a large drink and an ice cream, but we had to wait over 30 minutes even though there was no one ahead of us. We left the drive-thru at 5:45 PM. Customers inside arrived well after us and left in less than 15 minutes. And when we asked a trainer if there would be a long wait for just a drink and an ice cream, they had the nerve to tell us, "Yes, there will be a long wait." Isn't that a joke, seriously, considering that drinks are made automatically at the drive-thru? The three employees at the counter, just milling around chatting and laughing, certainly didn't seem overwhelmed to be making just one McFlurry. We find this deplorable. So after 30 minutes the ice cubes in the drink, which was already prepared, had melted and was hot.

06/09/2026: I went to the McDonald's in Lesparre after work, and there was a wait of between 10 and 30 minutes. The person who pays is very unpleasant, and you end up with a cold meal and a flat Fanta. If you can't get there in the afternoon, it's better to close and open only at lunchtime in the evening.

29/08/2026: The pizza looked rushed, arrived 30 minutes late and was cold, with a very thin and burnt crust. The only positive point was that the delivery woman was friendly.

19/08/2026: I've never eaten such a disgusting pizza in my life! It's a disgrace for the price; I wouldn't even feed it to my dog! The product was of poor quality, the dough was undercooked, far too salty, and the pizza was half burnt. €50 for three inedible pizzas with over an hour's wait for delivery!!

12/09/2026: ★★★ Great place! I come here regularly and I'm never disappointed. Everything is really delicious, but a special shout-out to Bota, who cooks incredibly well 😸 I absolutely loved the crispy karaage, perfectly seasoned and super tender inside. Kudos to the whole team! I recommend it 100%!

22/06/2026: I ordered a cocktail and a wok to be brought to me with the beer, as agreed with the waiter. And of course, they brought the wok while I was still drinking my cocktail, right at the beginning. The waiter apologized, fine, and brought the wok. Then another waiter brought the wok a few moments later. This forced me to finish my cocktail quickly, which I didn't appreciate. Then they brought me the beer when I was already well into the wok. In short... I couldn't enjoy my dinner as peacefully as I would have liked. The wok was overcooked, the vegetables and noodles were mushy, and the duck was tough because it was overcooked, even though it tasted good—a real shame. Furthermore, the dining room wasn't even air-conditioned all day, even though it was very hot. I didn't go back, even though I was staying at the hotel right next door. It's much better to go just 200 meters further; "Au Bureau" has air conditioning and impeccable service.

03/06/2026: We are two Italians who came in at 1:20 PM and asked if it was possible to eat. The restaurant was quite busy but with many empty tables. As soon as we asked if it was possible to have lunch, the gray-haired lady immediately shook her head and said, "NO NO!!!" Everything is closed, rudely and peremptorily. Even some people next to us looked at us because the tone was so rude. Perhaps it's enough to say that we decide which customers we welcome.

27/08/2026: I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to report this restaurant. Warning: if you enjoy paying a lot and being disappointed, this restaurant is for you. I ordered a Maxi Best Of meal with the cheddar cheese added (€1.70 extra). The result: very few fries and very little cheddar. So I politely asked if it was possible to get more fries, mentioning that I had ordered a Maxi Best Of meal. The response was immediate. In a condescending tone, I was told that they include a portion of Best Of cheese with the cheddar. Therefore, it was impossible to get more. To sum it up: you pay more for a Maxi Best Of meal, you add €1.10 for the cheddar, and you get fewer fries. I call that a rip-off. The sandwiches are also smaller than elsewhere. I think the problem with this restaurant is the lack of competition. If a Burger King were to open right next door, I'm sure they'd have to rethink their approach. The only positive thing about this visit was the girl who served us; she was very kind and attentive. Kudos to her for her work.

04/07/2026: Thank you to Sandra and her team for creating our layer cake for our romantic and elegant wedding. She listened carefully to our wishes and tastes. We were already won over by the tasting, and our guests loved it and found the dessert delicious. The number cake for our son's 20th birthday the following day was also perfect!

05/06/2026: Excellent and beautiful birthday cakes for three 18-year-olds. We had a tight schedule, but they adapted to our requests and the result is fantastic. Thank you again!

09/05/2026: Found this place on Google which said it was open until 5pm, arrived at 3pm and the doors were wide open so we walked in to order.. we were greeted in the most rudest manner 'why are you here' 'what do you want', I tried to expla the misunderstanding and that we'd driven 15 mins on purpose but the woman, who was clearly overwhelmed by the fact that we had even dared to walk in, showed us the a sign on the door and shouted 'were closed, obviously I do not serve food after 2pm'. Terrible attitude towards clients, quite shameful...

29/06/2026: We were very disappointed with our visit. The dishes didn't smell good. It's a shame, because the rest was quite nice. I don't recommend it.

27/06/2026: Mmm 🍽. A great place 🙏❤️!! We received a very warm welcome. The 3-course menu was excellent; the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious 🍽🍷. The tomato tart, the fish platter, and the strawberry charlotte were superb. Thank you to the entire team, both front and back of house ❤️... WE LOVED IT!! 🤗

06/09/2026: It's expensive, uncomfortable, mosquito-friendly, and don't come too late; after 8:30 pm it can be difficult to get a meal, it's marked at the entrance.

26/08/2026: I visited as a couple in July and then with friends and family in August, and I loved it... The food was excellent and full of surprises... The service was impeccable... The shaded terrace was very pleasant when the weather was nice... All this in a magnificent setting... What more could you ask for?

13/07/2026: Excellent find! The pizzas are generous, topped with high-quality ingredients. The crust is perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and the service is quick, even when it's busy. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. I highly recommend this place in Mérignac. I'll definitely be back!

15/09/2026: It's a 10/10, but the servers are friendly, the setting is ideal, the prices are affordable, so it deserves 5 stars and it remains a 10/10.

14/09/2026: I came to this restaurant two years ago. The food and service were excellent. I wanted to go back this year, and I was disappointed. It all started well enough with a friendly welcome and a delicious starter (pea soup). Then, I was served a piece of beef, part of which was stringy. I politely pointed this out to the waitress, showing her the inedible parts I had left, but she seemed indifferent. Then, a waiter came to bring me my dessert, placing it on my table as he walked by without saying a word. I paid the bill to another waitress. I said "goodbye and have a nice day," but she didn't respond. That's when she chose to turn her head toward her colleague who was passing by and say something banal. I think it was more of an oversight than a lack of politeness, but still! For all these reasons, I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant a third time.

01/09/2026: We were refused entry on August 31st because we hadn't booked, a real blow with the children going back to school the next day and the day after. The manager was a bit too cold and unapproachable, despite being only 25 years old... A real disappointment!
