20/01/2026: A very pleasant restaurant with a breathtaking view. The setting is peaceful and calm, the service and welcome were very pleasant, the pizzas are excellent, as are the other dishes on the menu. I highly recommend it. I will definitely be back.

26/02/2026: Open from 9am to 5pm except Sundays at the moment, this lovely little classic kiosk offers a few dishes, drinks, and some desserts to eat in or take away. The croque monsieur and salad were very good and generous, as was the Charitea Red drink. Thank you!

16/06/2026: For day visitors or golfers staying in the Arcachon Bay area, make sure there is no maintenance work being carried out on the greens (aeration, sanding, for example) because you will not be informed and will not receive any compensation for the reduced playing conditions. Furthermore, choose a time slot that allows you to use the changing rooms after your round. This is a shame for a golf course that prides itself on being of a high standard. Update June 16, 2026: Following my message expressing my dissatisfaction to the golf course management, I have been offered compensation equivalent to one green fee on a future visit.

26/07/2026: One evening, two of us ordered in-store and requested delivery to Eysines. We ordered a Savoyarde and a Cannibale (large, thin-crust). The delivery was on time and the pizzas arrived without any problems. The toppings were very average, there were no sachets of seasoned oil, and the slicing could have been better (uneven portions). The taste was also just average. We're not sure we'd recommend it.

22/07/2026: I placed an online order on a Tuesday evening during a promotional period. It was accepted and then canceled because, according to them, it seemed "too late" and they thought it was a JOKE!? It's unbelievable that they'd rather cancel a paid order than prepare it. Not to mention the unpleasant behavior of the employees who had nothing to say except to come back tomorrow (a day without a promotion, of course). Yes, they called me twice, but at 11 p.m. from an unknown number. Who answers an unknown number at that hour? A text message or a voicemail would have been more than enough to verify if the order was legitimate. In the end, I was left without a meal, even though I was counting on that order. If you no longer wish to take orders at a certain time, simply disable online ordering instead of wasting your customers' time. A truly unprofessional way of doing things.

26/05/2026: Very expensive for what it is. I had a green salad with one and a half slices of white bread, topped with three small slices of goat cheese, a cherry tomato cut in half, and two very soft slices of country ham, probably vacuum-packed, for the modest sum of almost €17. My husband had a Caesar salad, lettuce, two small pieces of breaded chicken, a hard-boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, and a poor-quality dressing, also almost €17. We won't be back.

14/05/2026: The portion was small, even though I ordered sweetbreads from the daily specials board for €25.90. It was good, but it could have been a bit more substantial. As for dessert, I'm still waiting. The service was incredibly slow; it took 30 to 45 minutes to take my order and another 30 to 45 minutes to get dessert, which I never received.

13/08/2026: Hello, I wanted to express my anger. Their politeness is nonexistent. A young woman in her twenties was at the till. I said hello to her twice, but she didn't react. Her colleague behind her didn't react either; he was polite, but nothing more. It seemed like they were just sulking. I'd rather go to a real bakery and get a smile and a proper goodbye. Have a good day. Good evening, Jess. You've lost customers several times, and I'm going to tell everyone because it's unacceptable. And I'm not the only one saying this. If you're incapable of a smile or anything at work, then stay home. Even with the salads, I ordered one with Bayonne ham, and there was practically nothing in it: a single tomato, four lettuce leaves, and two pieces of goat cheese. Avoid this place at all costs.

However, a major drawback was the hygiene of the dining area: the floor was absolutely disgusting and extremely sticky. A significant improvement in cleaning is essential to make the experience more enjoyable.

But most importantly: the food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed a variety of Italian specialties, and everything—from the appetizers to the pizza and pasta—was freshly prepared and of outstanding quality. A true Italian culinary delight that leaves you wanting more. In short: "Il Giardino" is the perfect combination of authentically good food and wonderfully friendly service. If you're in Lège-Cap-Ferret and craving Italian cuisine, you absolutely must eat here! Highly recommended and a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars! 🇮🇹💖

20/02/2026: Takeaway. Very disappointed, despite being regular customers. Various spring rolls and prepared dishes, a bit of everything: caramelized pork, lemon beef, curry, lemongrass chicken (we were still looking for the lemongrass)... everything was very bland and tasteless, the portions were too small. We won't be going back. A real disappointment.
