20/02/2026: I ordered takeout this evening, February 20, 2026. The service was nonexistent—not a single smile, nothing. It just made me want to go back to my phone. Luckily, they gave us four free shrimp chips for €33! The pork spring rolls had disgusting meat, a mix of meat and fish. The rest ended up in the bin! This restaurant is a disgrace! I felt like throwing up after two bites of those spring rolls. Avoid at all costs!

20/02/2026: Takeaway order, the pleasure of a good meal: spring rolls, fried rice, etc. Greeted by an incredibly unpleasant young woman, resulting in €33 down the drain. Disgusting! (By profession, restaurant delivery driver, by the way.) Avoid them! Cold chain not respected. Meat origin highly suspicious. Oh no!

21/03/2026: Arriving at the drive-thru before closing time, our order was swapped with the one behind us, which can happen. Since the kitchen was closed, I asked for a refund (from a very unpleasant woman, probably a manager) to go to another McDonald's, which she categorically refused, telling us to come back tomorrow, even though that wasn't possible. The other car returned, and she suggested swapping the bags, which is completely unhygienic. The service and problem-solving were a complete failure; frankly, it's regrettable. The order wasn't even correct. Avoid this place.

09/03/2026: Hello, I usually go to this McDonald's which is right next to my house. On Monday, March 9th, at 9:30 am, I went in and the woman in orange didn't even say hello or goodbye. I simply ordered a large Coke with ice and a small wrap—a very simple order, yet she gave me sparkling water with ice. So I went back to McDonald's and politely explained that she had made a mistake. Not even an apology or goodbye. I was shocked, and she even forgot the ice this time! Frankly, it's shameful, such a lack of respect. I rarely leave reviews, but honestly, this person disgusted me. Mistakes happen, to err is human, but to behave like that in customer service is shameful. She should change careers. I restrained myself from being vulgar in front of her; I still said thank you and goodbye, but frankly, I've never had a problem with the staff at the Talence McDonald's, as I come very regularly. Thank you for taking my message into account; have a good day.

07/07/2025: Bland tartare for €19. A mushy, flavorless meat. I didn't know capers could be so bland. I tried my friends' sirloin steak. I'm not a butcher, but it seemed tough to chew and cut, and definitely underseasoned... Industrial salad and sauce from a sachet. On the other hand, the service was fast (the kitchen mustn't be putting too much thought into it, in my opinion). In short, really give it a miss; it's expensive and unpleasant if you like food. The fries were good and the restaurant was well decorated; it generally did the job of a McDonald's. (Sorry for the mid-meal photos, but it wasn't any more appetizing than when the actual dish arrived.)

07/07/2025: Beware, trap! They deliberately place a Badoit at each table. Since we didn't order it, we naturally assumed it was free. We only drank half. What a surprise when, when it came time to pay, we were told we had to pay €6 for a bottle of sparkling water. It's shameful.

27/01/2026: Food poisoning... It's a bit of a scandal, especially considering the price. The servers are unpleasant and the hot dog is a disgrace; that's why I'm writing this review—it's one thing too many, because it's unacceptable! I'm also shocked that I can't even get a coffee anymore because the staff ignores customers. I've never seen anything like it, never. I'm appalled by this lack of professionalism.

14/02/2026: I ordered the new burger special and simply asked for the lettuce to be removed. Instead, I received a bun with just the chicken inside. No cheese, no bacon, nothing. This McDonald's is a disgrace.

12/03/2026: Very nice McDonald's, but once again the portions are inadequate. The fries are barely half the size of the cone, and they advertise wavy fries, but for the past week they've been "unavailable." I expect you to do something about this, please, and I will change my review. 😥

28/02/2026: It's awful! It's 6 AM, and I've been waiting 15 minutes to order even though there's no queue. It took 10 minutes to pay, and for once I actually want to pay for something, they make me wait.

23/01/2025: Extremely expensive! 8 sushis and a few makis = €36.80 for a lunch meal. The boss was unscrupulous, and billed my 14 year old son mercilessly instead of advising him on a more economical box. Very disappointed with the owner of this store who abused my child's credulity.

19/01/2025: You are the shame of Japanese cuisine, skewers that come out of the freezer and reheated in the microwave, then bring warm/cold, cold rice and overcooked, gyozas the same taken out of the freezer and barely cooked, lots of forgetting the order, prohibitive prices compared to the competition, it's not enough to form partnerships with great chefs and take beautiful photos! Money is not everything, there is talent too! Can't wait for you to close to make way for a restaurant or business that respects its customers!

15/12/2025: Fantastic hotel, ideally located on the northern outskirts of Bordeaux and close to the motorway. A great stopover for those traveling along the Atlantic coast when you're feeling tired. In the countryside, far from the usual hotel chains, you'll receive a warm welcome and can enjoy an exceptional dinner with thoughtful presentation and special touches. Highly recommended.

08/02/2026: We ate a cassoulet with undercooked meat. The duck leg wasn't confit at all. The dessert was frozen. Avoid it.

07/12/2025: The welcome and bar service are as disastrous as they are unpredictable, depending on the waitress's extremely changeable mood. If you enjoy being treated like dirt, go for it... You wonder who owns the place, the owner or the staff. Don't hesitate to stand up for yourself and not let anything slide.
