28/07/2026: The slowest McDonald's I've ever seen. I went there today for a sundae and a Coke. I placed my order at 2:02 PM and at 2:25 PM, still nothing. I had half an hour, so I got a refund. The manager offered to let me take my order anyway, but with 35°C heat and on foot, what am I supposed to do with a drink and a sundae in each hand? 🤔 There were probably only about twenty people eating. So, not exactly crowded. However, the employees' table (in blue shirts) seemed to be taking orders quickly. I won't be going back.

28/07/2026: Arrived around 9:00 PM. 10:00 PM, still no order. An hour's wait for nothing, I asked for a refund!! I never usually leave reviews. But this is a disgrace. I don't blame the manager who tried her best, except for her handling of her team's departures and/or breaks. Perhaps asking them to stay 10 minutes longer would have made all the difference, I think. As a result, no one was available to serve at the counter 10 minutes after my arrival. Only one order was served in the dining area in an hour. And the second one, after an hour, wasn't even the right one. Meanwhile, you see all sorts of things. Non-existent handwashing (using cell phones occasionally, even while making fries!), a team member making a salad practically at the counter and then taking it directly from the bag to put it in the container. The person serving drinks was practically putting their fingers in their mouth to nibble on toppings from the ice cream machine or whatever. Meanwhile, they're allowed to drink, but they have to leave their cup by the dispenser, risking someone else using it for a customer! And the same drinks that were supposed to be served in the dining area haven't even been moved. So much for freshness! It's summer, people are going on vacation, there are last-minute cancellations... The image you're projecting is that revenue and profitability come first. I used to come regularly. This was the last straw! You'll still have thousands of customers a day, but not me anymore, that's for sure.

26/01/2026: This is absolutely the best pizzeria I love in Rennes. I first tried it when I was a student, and I went back again when I returned to Rennes on a business trip. I ordered the "Brexiteuse," but the server thought I said "Prestigieuse," probably because of my awkward French. When it was served, they replaced it with the one I had actually ordered. Heartwarming.

25/01/2026: We were very pleasantly surprised! We had two pizzas delivered. The ingredients were high quality, the presentation was beautiful, and most importantly, they were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed them, and they were delivered in just 45 minutes. Well done! 👍

22/06/2026: I ordered a cocktail and a wok to be brought to me with the beer, as agreed with the waiter. And of course, they brought the wok while I was still drinking my cocktail, right at the beginning. The waiter apologized, fine, and brought the wok. Then another waiter brought the wok a few moments later. This forced me to finish my cocktail quickly, which I didn't appreciate. Then they brought me the beer when I was already well into the wok. In short... I couldn't enjoy my dinner as peacefully as I would have liked. The wok was overcooked, the vegetables and noodles were mushy, and the duck was tough because it was overcooked, even though it tasted good—a real shame. Furthermore, the dining room wasn't even air-conditioned all day, even though it was very hot. I didn't go back, even though I was staying at the hotel right next door. It's much better to go just 200 meters further; "Au Bureau" has air conditioning and impeccable service.

06/02/2026: The welcome is warm, the service is quick and attentive. The dishes are beautifully presented and, above all, delicious, with very high-quality meat cooked to perfection. The setting is pleasant, ideal for a meal with family or friends. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation.

25/04/2026: Good, generous portions. The daily menu is limited to one starter and one main course; depending on your preferences, there are no other options besides the à la carte menu, but the prices remain reasonable.

21/04/2026: I'm very disappointed with my last order. The pizza arrived way overcooked, almost burnt, and very dry. The fries were really bad. Furthermore, the price charged was higher than the price on the menu, which isn't right. Frankly, it was much better under the previous owner. I hope you'll take this feedback into account and that the quality will improve. I won't be back.

14/08/2026: The food was superb; we had the fish of the day with a curry sauce, and it was excellent. The waiter was very friendly. We'll be back.

10/12/2025: The owner is an incredible and generous man. I chatted with him while waiting for my order, and all I want to do is go back. I highly recommend it if you like a warm welcome and good pizza.

25/04/2026: I've ordered a few times, and it's good, no complaints about the taste—just what you expect from Japanese food. However, it's incredibly expensive! Rice or salad are often missing from the set menus. They charge an extra €1 for additional sauces, even for a small bottle. When you're spending €140 for four adults and a child, I think they could be more reasonable.
