22/09/2026: Welcoming and helpful owner, smiling and energetic waitress. Excellent meal: butcher's cut, a generous plate with a beautiful piece of beef, fries, salad, €24.90. A lovely dessert menu. A beautiful terrace and a convivial dining room.

17/09/2026: A quick comment: The food is good and the dining room is clean. However, when I went to the restroom, it wasn't very clean... It was around 6:00 PM, so there weren't many people there yet.

12/09/2026: Overall, it's okay, but be careful about hygiene and cleanliness. The tables are dirty, but the staff are very generous, kind, and friendly, though that's not all. Overall, a decent restaurant. Thank you, Burger King.

04/10/2026: Very disappointed with the service (no high chair offered, over 45-minute wait for the food, a tiny carafe of water for a large table of adults, items missing from the order...), and the food (overheated snails, greasy and expensive fried carp, industrial fries and mayonnaise...). Very sad to have spent so much money at this restaurant...

13/09/2026: Horrible, the blueberry tart from E.Leclerc would have been better, the gluey crepe was even worse, the crepes are clearly pre-made, go to this farm inn if you want to eat something of quality.

13/09/2026: An endless wait, but with the hope of enjoying a delicious blueberry tart after a hike… what a disappointment! A store-bought one would have been better, and as for the crepes… half of them were stuck to the plate, like plastic. I absolutely do not recommend it. Bring a packed lunch, and if you want to stop at Le Tremplin, stick to coffee or hot chocolate. A somewhat disappointed customer

A special mention goes to the young saleswoman, who is adorable, smiling, very pleasant, and genuinely friendly. It's a pleasure to be greeted with such good cheer and kindness 😊 She definitely makes you want to come back! I recommend this bakery 100% 🥐🥖❤️

06/09/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit to Poulaillon in Mulhouse. I wanted to use the restroom while I was a customer, seated on the terrace. The first unpleasant experience was when they asked me if I was a customer, even though I immediately told them I was. Then, they asked for my ID to get the restroom key. I understand that with the number of customers and the occasional rudeness, you want to take precautions, but waiting more than 15 minutes just to use the restroom is unacceptable, especially when you're with a child who simply needs to use the toilet. You really need to find another solution: provide multiple keys, implement a faster system, or reorganize everything. Making customers wait so long for something so basic is truly a shame. And to top it all off, the staff were neither friendly nor welcoming! An experience that frankly leaves much to be desired, and this kind of situation can easily ruin a visit.

16/06/2026: The products were from the day before and inedible. The saleswoman was also very unpleasant. I strongly advise against going there.

26/04/2026: The pastries were rather mass-produced and lacked freshness. The cappuccino was disappointing, with little flavor and mediocre foam.

23/07/2026: Welcoming staff, pleasant atmosphere, varied and tasty dishes, but the waiter was practically absent, ordering was difficult, and the dishes weren't always very well presented. The price/quality ratio was acceptable but inferior to some other Chinese restaurants in the area. The quality/price ratio was decent but lower than some other Chinese restaurants in the area.

06/07/2026: Arrived at 7:30 PM, buffet already empty. There was a group of about twenty tourists, too noisy. Very limited selection and the buffet wasn't replenished. Food was bland and lukewarm. The only decent thing was the bottle of sparkling water and some fruit. The welcome and service were friendly, and the waiters were smiling despite everything.

16/09/2026: My partner and I came this evening and had a wonderful time. The waiter was very friendly and attentive to the customers, as was the chef. I celebrated my birthday there and I thank them for their dedication. I highly recommend this place for sharing wonderful moments!

29/08/2026: Nice bowling alley, but the staff on Saturday night were a disaster. We reported a problem that was causing the game to glitch, but no solution was offered, and we were told, "At worst, take your shoes and leave." Unpleasant staff, nonexistent customer service. Very disappointing.

26/08/2026: This was our first time at Cristal Bowling, and we received a very warm welcome from Kevin 2, who was absolutely fantastic: a friendly welcome, professionalism, kindness, and genuine attention to the customers. He greatly contributed to making our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Cristal Bowling, and a huge thank you again to Kevin for his hospitality!

31/08/2026: Paradiso Belfort offers a rather unwelcoming, unfriendly welcome. The ice cream is served in an unappetizing state. I've been there several times, but I've never been offered a loyalty card, which is a shame, because the food is good. A simple improvement in service could make all the difference.

19/08/2026: I recommend the exotic sundae...it's amazing. The homemade ice cream is truly delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend it. We hadn't made a reservation and waited 5 minutes because the friendly waitress didn't want to seat us in the direct sunlight. A gem that deserves 5/5, despite what the complainers say—they'd be much better off cherishing their local heritage instead of tearing it down.

20/09/2026: I don't recommend it. I ate at Laabs, the meat didn't look fresh, the sauce tasted like powdered sauce, and in the end, I paid €120 and got sick... avoid it!

19/09/2026: We arrived at noon and by 2 p.m., we were still waiting for our food... In the end, we decided to leave after paying for our drinks. We had to wait 45 minutes and flag down a waitress before we could even order. What a shame the owner didn't offer a simple apology when we left!

21/08/2026: A very good little restaurant for affordable Asian food; this is the place to go.

14/07/2026: Ordered 6 pizzas tonight, received 5… paid for 6. We didn't notice right away. Trusting them… But no, it's impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone. Okay, it's Crazy Tuesday, okay, it's the semi-final, but that's no reason not to have a complete order or even answer the phone for 30 minutes!!!

06/07/2026: If only your delivery drivers would respect the rules of the road... Every time you make a delivery on Rue des Sapins in Rixheim, your drivers shamelessly drive the wrong way down a one-way street. Well done, putting other road users (and themselves) in danger. Great publicity for your company. Last infraction, July 6, 2026 at 9:25 PM. Please teach your employees some respect.

24/05/2026: Can’t say anything about the rooms as I did not slip there but I had the greatest crêpe Nutella. No time to take a picture of it. must post an empty plate! 🤪🤣
