27/03/2026: A restaurant I first discovered almost twenty years ago when I lived in Paris.
Whenever I'm back in the area, I happily return. One of the best ramen broths I've ever had, in my opinion, and truly excellent gyozas!
The service is always friendly, and they never rush you to vacate your table.

Slow and inconsistent service that doesn't deserve a star.
A very average selection of wines by the glass: €25 for a glass of Selosse champagne: good but overpriced; a glass of Guiberteau red wine: not good… only one very pleasant surprise was a sake.
We pointed out this inconsistency in service, and the response was, “Sorry, there are only two of us serving,” but when the bill is €400 for two… it's a rather glaring disconnect from reality.

07/03/2026: The buffet is well-stocked, the sushi and maki rolls aren't too big, making them pleasant to eat, and they're also very tasty. The staff is very kind and attentive, both to parents and children. We've dined there several times and have always received the same warm welcome.

The place is very clean and the staff are discreet and very friendly, especially Florent who is lovely and helpful.

08/03/2026: I had my order delivered tonight, and the size of the maki rolls is simply ridiculous. What's worse is that they have absolutely no flavor. As if that weren't enough, there was a tiny packet of wasabi and ginger, along with an equally small sauce, for a 20-piece order. I find that excessive, although I can understand the reasoning given the size of the maki... I'm extremely disappointed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
