18/05/2026: I just had lunch at Minori. What a find! The ingredients are fresh, the servings copious and the accompanying sauce so delicate with just a hint of ‘piquant’. Absolutely delicious. This is a very small, authentic Japanese family run restaurant. The Chef and his wife are so warm and welcoming. I can’t recommend it highly enough. This will become my go-to restaurant in the neighborhood. I want to try everything on the menu!
30/04/2026: We ordered from this restaurant out of curiosity and we weren't disappointed at all.
On the contrary, we picked up our order only 10 minutes after placing it.
Everything was already ready, and on top of that, we received a very warm, friendly, and cheerful welcome.
The prices are very reasonable, and we even got some shrimp chips as a gift.
I highly recommend it!!

01/05/2026: Easily the highlight of my stay in Metz, so good I went twice in a row! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The house cocktail is unique, it has aloe vera in it and is very refreshing. The food was amazing, the best sushi ive had, which being so far from the sea was surprising! The prices are great and the atmosphere is so beautiful. This is a restaurant I’d recommend to anybody, sushi fan or not!

05/05/2026: Don't go there under any circumstances, and especially don't order for delivery. The quality is frankly terrible, and I had to wait over an hour to receive my order. When I called back to check on it, I got a condescending man who didn't even apologize, just laughed and brushed me off. It's the most shameful thing I've ever seen. Respect your customers; they're the ones who keep you in business.

19/05/2026: What a find. Such a good Japanese restaurant. The food is exceptional, we had miso soup (delish), Dragon Maki and Salmon Tatuki(?). It was so good we had lunch there the next day. All beautifully done and gorgeous flavours.

20/04/2026: Meh, I think it's changed owners. It's impossible to order online, plus the menu has changed and it's not great. No shrimp stew, no stir-fried noodles like before. A bit disappointed.
