Umami Bastille
Roquette, Paris
15/09/2026: Absolutely incredible vegetarian burritos and lovely, kind, friendly staff!
12/09/2026: If you are of North African descent, avoid this restaurant. You'll have to pick up your order at the counter and be treated like you're bothering them. Avoid it. Best of luck to the owners in regaining their dignity.

Le Pont de Tokyo
Ternes, Paris
01/10/2026: We were staying right next door... We thought, why not?... And we were right to do so, it was delicious, flavorful, beautifully presented, quick... simply fantastic.
28/09/2026: Yesterday was our first time there, and we left with the biggest smiles (and very happy stomachs 😄).
Everything was absolutely delicious—seriously, every single thing we ordered was amazing. We already can’t wait to come back! Honestly, it’s one of the best sushi places we’ve ever tried.
The service was so warm and attentive, and the prices were super affordable too.
You have to try the Crunch Tempura Roll, the gyozas, the miso soup, and the California Roll… sooo good. Absolutely delicious!

Koi
Aix-En-Provence
17/08/2026: Enjoyed this lovely spot for a late dinner. Sat at the counter and watched the talented chefs, who personally served us a delicious Canard (duck) dish with sweet sauce and amazing sweet potato gratin. Atmosphere was bustling so the bus service was a fast pace and could slow down to provide customers a more relaxed environment. Loved the Japonais cuisine, though!
17/08/2026: We ate there last night, the four of us. We ordered sushi, sashimi, yakitori, ramen, and a duck dish, so we explored the menu and everything was perfect. The raw fish was fresh and flavorful, the yakitori incredible, the ramen broth divine, and the duck dish delicate and full of flavor. The welcome was warm and the service quick. We were delighted, and I highly recommend this place.

Happy Sushi
Clamart
28/09/2026: Having tried dozens of all-you-can-eat sushi places, this is by far the best, in terms of quality and freshness of ingredients. The hot dishes are made fresh to order, and the fried items are always piping hot. The same goes for the skewers, which are also very, very good. The all-you-can-eat sashimi in the evening is fantastic.
23/09/2026: Excellent restaurant that we discovered after moving to the neighborhood; we'll be back! The staff is lovely.

Okinawa Sushi
Saint-Lambert, Paris
28/08/2026: It is a cute restaurant, but food is really really bad. Nothing is real Japanese food.
I am sure it is running by Chinese(it would be fine if the food was good)
We ordered Okonomi_yaki, donkots Ramen and Soyu Ramen and gyudon. Everything was terrible.
Frozen cheap okonomi yaki_ not even Jaoanese brand for sure, all the Remen tasted so bad_ very bad chinese noodle taste. And come on, you cannot call that Gyudon_ I think the chief havent tried Gyudon in Japan ever.
21/08/2026: Unbelievably delicious. Their chicken katsu curry is one of the best.
