01/02/2026: We've been coming to Fuji for years, whether it's just the two of us or a group of eight, with family or friends. It's always a pleasure to go there; the service is very friendly, the fish is excellent, and they have some real gems in the tableware—I love it. Since the renovations, the place is incredible; it has a great atmosphere, it's tastefully decorated, and the lighting is perfect. Well done!

08/07/2025: A soulless "station hall." Servers are robotic and indifferent, except to your credit card! Crammed together. An atmosphere to avoid... Ordinary sushi, raw fish in meager portions, all of which are unlimited, and the final bill is unlimited. A bad experience.

At first glance, you might think it's a bit cramped, but don't be fooled; eating with chopsticks makes you precise. From the moment you walk in, you know you're in for a treat. Chang told me so... Yes, really, I assure you. The waiter is impeccably polite. The interior is elegant and refined. I came to Angoulême for the comic book festival, and this is the first one I've tried (actually, I've been coming since I was a kid). 05/01/2026: The food was very good. However, after our second visit, no one came to check on us for over 30 minutes. Furthermore, they made it clear we should just leave. Very unpleasant, and clearly not a genuine effort.

04/01/2026: We came last night for the second time as a family. The welcome is always warm, the staff are very friendly, and the food is very good. They always have a little something for my son at the end of the meal (a bag of candy or a lollipop). I highly recommend this restaurant.

15/12/2024: While passing through Chartres for the weekend, we had lunch at Kyotori. The best Japanese restaurant in which I have been able to eat for my part😃, I greatly appreciated their dishes which I already knew but which I found delicious from the soup to the skewers through the makis, sushi etc... Moreover, despite a late arrival at 1:30 p.m. = perfect welcome, pleasant and smiling waiter. We highly recommend this place.

11/12/2025: The food is truly excellent and the atmosphere very pleasant. However, during busy times, the servers sometimes forget orders. I asked for hot tea twice, but I never received it. When I checked the bill, it was charged, but fortunately, they corrected it after I pointed it out. A little tip: check your receipt carefully before paying. Other than this small detail, there are no complaints; it's a good restaurant overall!
