16/09/2026: I only ordered one grilled chicken, but I didn't like it at all. For me, it was far too greasy, perhaps because there was a lot of skin and also because it was smothered in mayonnaise. The rice underneath had no taste and was more like cardboard. A big disappointment considering the reviews (and I'm not sure it's as authentic as it claims).

31/08/2026: Hello I've eaten at your restaurant several times and I've noticed that the rice isn't cooked properly each time. It was often overcooked, making the food mushy and less enjoyable. It's a shame. I think you need to review the cooking method. After the quality of the fish, the rice is perfectly cooked. It should be neither too hard nor too soft. When I first started going to the restaurant, it was very good. For me, the only issue is the rice. So far, it's the best Japanese restaurant in the area. Thank you for taking this into consideration.

11/08/2026: Previous visit to Ayako Sushi was 5 years ago. The dishes are better presented and more generously portioned (the tuna sashimi is thicker than elsewhere). I was impressed by the cooking of the salmon yakitori (skewers) and the dressing of the sunomono (cucumber salad). Tuna or salmon yakitori are among the dishes I order at every Japanese restaurant; here, the cooking was perfect. I haven't ordered sunomono in a long time, as I've often been disappointed by a very sour preparation. Here, however, the sauce was mild, with a very slight acidic bitterness. I couldn't finish the dish, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff's friendliness should also be noted. For those who travel, the generous portions and masterful cooking are reminiscent of Greensushi in Cannes. However, the decor at Ayako Sushi gives a more authentic Japanese feel. In short, a great place to eat in the area. As proof, there are customers constantly, and a rating of 4.7 on the Uber platform.

01/08/2026: J'ai eu le plaisir de dîner et de déjeuner dans votre restaurant lors de mon séjour de deux jours à Paris. l'anguille : elle était quasiment identique à celle que j'ai pu déguster au Japon, et même supérieure. I had the opportunity to dine at your restaurant for two days while I was in Paris. I ordered the tasting menu, and every dish truly showcased the high quality of the ingredients. I was particularly impressed by the deliciousness of the eel. It was almost indistinguishable from the eel I've had in Japan, and perhaps even better. I sincerely appreciate the chef's deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine and the wonderful service.

30/07/2026: I ordered the lunch set. It was delicious. However, the curry sauce and the grilled fish sauce were a bit strong and sweet. It tastes good at first, but you start to get tired of it as you eat. I ordered dessert as well, but for some reason—whether they were out of stock or the server forgot—I only ate the lunch set without dessert and paid for that. It is a good place for a date, though.
