12/12/2025: A True Japanese Experience in Strasbourg Hibiki is an excellent Japanese restaurant in Strasbourg, already highly rated and clearly deserved. It offers an omakase-style dining experience, run by a Japanese team, with an authentic and perfectly executed approach. The welcome and service are impeccable, attentive, and warm. The dishes are refined, delicate, and well-balanced, with a remarkable selection of appetizers. Special mention goes to the homemade tofu, which is simply exceptional. This is a truly high-quality Japanese restaurant, without any unnecessary frills. The sakes are excellent, and if you've never tasted a truly good Japanese sake, this is definitely the ideal place to discover it. There's also a very nice wine selection. I was with colleagues who were completely unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine, and they loved the experience, from the food to the chef's and the service. A quick personal note: apologies to the waiter for the noise; they weren't used to this type of cuisine and were perhaps a little too enthusiastic… but it was mainly a sign that they were having a wonderful time. Remember to book ahead. Would I go back? Absolutely. A sure bet in Strasbourg.

Authentic flavors and beautiful presentation are evident in every plate. The service is pleasant and attentive, and the restaurant has a calm and welcoming atmosphere. It's a great place to enjoy a wonderful meal of excellent Japanese cuisine.

28/02/2026: One of the best sushi restaurants I've ever been to! The sushi and maki are made fresh to order, they have a variety of fish, not just salmon and tuna, all very fresh, and the dishes are very authentic, served with pickled radish, among other things. The miso soup was also incredible; I've never tasted one so good! On top of that, the owners were absolutely lovely ❤️

13/02/2026: Our favorite restaurant in Aubière! We've been coming here as a family for years, and it's always a great time. The menu is varied so everyone can find something they like (my family especially loves the bento boxes), and the food is fresh and well-prepared. There are even vegetarian options, like this set menu with soup/salad plus an assortment of maki and fried tofu. A sure thing!

03/03/2026: I don't understand where the positive reviews are coming from. The fish isn't fresh. The portions are ridiculously small, lots of rice, very little fish (which isn't so bad considering the quality of the fish). Prices are higher than in the capital, and the customer service needs improvement, especially basic greetings like "hello," "thank you," or even a simple "have a nice day." In short, I can't recommend this place.

19/01/2026: I've been eating at Daisuki for years and honestly, I easily give them 5/5!! Everything is fresh!! You can tell it's fresh fish from that day, fresh avocado!! Seriously, keep it up!! I've never been disappointed so far!! A little pricey for a village, but it's worth it, and I prefer to pay more for a healthy meal!!! Go for it without hesitation!!
