06/03/2026: If you're looking for all-you-can-eat, this is the place to come! You order from a menu and everything is made fresh to order! It's true there's less choice than at a large all-you-can-eat buffet, but the quality is truly exceptional! No more food sitting hot on the buffet for hours... Everything is prepared fresh to order! It's €1 more than everywhere else... But it's absolutely delicious! SUPER QUALITY. Another thing... There are some rather cozy spots in the restaurant, on banquettes near the bay window, for example, perfect for couples ❤️... A bit more romantic than the usual train station-like atmosphere of all-you-can-eat buffets! In short! Go for it! Enjoy your meal!

04/03/2026: The wait was enormous; I waited two hours and still didn't receive my entire order. Some of the staff were incredibly unpleasant. The beef skewers were so tough I had to force them open to eat. The chicken fritters were awful; I didn't even realize they were chicken. I had to check my order to make sure they were. The nuggets were probably frozen. The buffet section was never stocked. After three hours in the restaurant, I still hadn't seen a single samosa. In short, avoid this restaurant at all costs!

23/03/2026: Having tried all the sushi restaurants in Dijon, and being a big fan of raw fish, I have to admit that Central Sushi's quality is superior. The menu is very varied and comprehensive, the decor is incredible, I highly recommend it.

22/03/2026: Over a 40-minute wait for two cocktails, while tables that arrived after us were served first. The service was completely disorganized, with absolutely no consideration for the customers. Given the experience, I'd rather not comment further… I strongly advise against going there.

19/02/2026: Hello, The quality of the sushi is excellent, with a great balance of rice and fish, and a wide variety of different types of fish. The waitress was fantastic, attentive, and always there when needed, always smiling. For sushi, I highly recommend Hattori; you can go there without hesitation.

17/02/2026: We ordered takeout 30 minutes before closing time. The waitress was very kind and even came out to bring us our order while we were browsing the shop windows nearby. Good selection on the menu, with some rather original recipes compared to other Japanese restaurants. Generous portions, we recommend it!

13/03/2026: Exceptional. Huge portions and more than reasonable prices. We left with a third of our meal in a doggy bag. If I weren't worried about the place being packed, I'd definitely recommend it. 💋

03/03/2026: One of your delivery drivers' comments was the final straw for us: "Wow, you're hungry!" "Wow, you ordered a lot!" "Oh dear, you're ordering late..." It's a shame, I commend the cooks because the food was good, but we won't be ordering again.

14/02/2026: Despite being my favorite Japanese restaurant, I'm extremely disappointed. Last time, there was no wasabi or ginger in the pouch, and this time, there were only two sweet and three savory sauces for a platter meant for three or four people! (Even though we asked for more, knowing there was absolutely no sweet sauce in the pouch.)

23/03/2026: Ordered two bowls: salmon tartare and Salmon Tuna. Unexpectedly authentic and they add-in onions and avocado make the taste more fresh and feeling healthy. The looks of the foods is the same as pictures.

07/03/2026: It's good, but it doesn't give the impression of "real" sushi or typical Japanese dishes. It's convenient because of the affordable price and the selection, but the result seems amateurish. There's not much flavor, and it was very unexpected to find canned tuna instead of bluefin tuna in some products, despite the packaging suggesting otherwise.

24/02/2026: Absolutely delicious! Excellent and generously filled sushi. The Arito wok chicken was also fantastic. Our order was processed very quickly, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it!

03/02/2026: The young people here are incredibly energetic, and the quality is top-notch. Sometimes you can be disappointed in other restaurants, but not here. The prices are very competitive; for 15 euros you can find menus that will satisfy any appetite. I highly recommend it. We've been coming here for a few years now and we're never disappointed. P.S.: The service is fast despite the large number of Uber Eats orders they have to handle.

28/02/2026: On a not-too-cold Saturday afternoon in February, I visited the Japanese restaurant Azabu in Paris and was lucky enough to get a seat at the counter, where the chef prepared the dishes right in front of us. The ingredients looked incredibly fresh and were skillfully transformed into beautiful dishes before our eyes. I tried the fish and vegetables, along with a type of sake recommended by the host. It was a truly wonderful experience — the staff were so welcoming, the space was small, cozy, and very clean. Although it’s not inexpensive, it is absolutely worth the price!
