22/11/2025: I find it difficult to rate ramen. There are so many criteria to consider.
So, I'm going to base my list on the Shoyu Special.
- The broth is, in my opinion, incredible.
- The pork is melt-in-your-mouth tender, but the slices are a little too thin.
- The noodles are thin, and I like that.
- Seaweed, Naruto, etc., are always a bonus.
- And the centerpiece: the egg.
The egg is perfectly cooked, runny inside and comforting outside. You just want to kiss it.
The only downside is the price. It's gone up again...
08/10/2025: Delicious and consistent, I recommend the Yokohama ramen with egg. A treat.

07/07/2025: A discovery for us on Saturday evening. And honestly, it was a lovely surprise. I'll start with the small downside: a bit of a wait, but it's so worth it! Everything is delicious, well-prepared, and fresh. We tried the €55 "menu" for two, which offered a wide range of delicacies to enjoy!
We met the chef, who was lovely, as was the rest of the team. We'll definitely come back or get takeout.

The quality/price ratio is fair, the food is fresh, flavorful, and the portions are generous. And the wasabi is just right in the sushi.

22/07/2024: A restaurant with good dishes, and especially good sushi (the main one), the choice and the taste are there.
The only downside for the menu is that we are a little lost in the face of all the options available that can be combined and mixed.

The staff is more than friendly, but above all, polite.
To be honest, it's not the best sushi I've ever eaten, but for the price, it's more than reasonable.
Plus, there's a lot of choice on the menu.
I highly recommend it. Thank you so much to the staff for their kindness; it makes you want to go back.😄

Excellent Ramen and Haramaki.
Desserts from Depuichaffray way too expensive. I know the price of these pastries in their pastry shop and in their tea room. At Yoj, it’s almost double. This is what pushes me to remove a star.

Curious about different Asian cultures (trends included), I really enjoyed finding these little meals here.
Crazy masterclasses
Gyoza, spicy pickled cucumber, Japanese tonkatsu curry, duck noodle soup, pho soup, ban mian, tea, cake, pitcher of wine (and yes!)
This place is pleasant, neat like a mix between canteen and restaurant, you feel good there with their comfy meals.
