28/01/2025: Aging establishment that no longer deserves its 4 stars. A smell of sewer / mold in the room. The air conditioning was centralized: we were very cold. Non-existent soundproofing, we heard the neighbor taking a bath at 2 a.m. and the staff of the establishment putting away the chairs / tables (pushing them to the ground without lifting them) very early in the morning. In addition, no service: no one left from 11 p.m. Fortunately the restaurant raises the level, we had a pleasant time with generally good service and above all a delicious and balanced meal on the plate.

12/12/2024: Mon amie et moi avons été déjeuner à Valence. Le restaurant Le Cèdre vaut vraiment le détour. C’était absolument délicieux 😋. On vous le conseille fortement Ne vous arrêtez pas à l’aspect extérieur, poussez la porte et vous partez pour un beau voyage 😃👍

The fried seafood goes great with beer, and the seafood pasta had a stronger scent of the sea than the seafood pasta at other restaurants🦐

However, everything is great and totally understandable when it turns to be during rush hours of a touristy place.

We had couscous and a tagine. The portions are generous, just like the cuisine. We were able to take away what we couldn't finish.
In addition to eating very well, the atmosphere is friendly and the waitresses are very smiling and exude a lot of sympathy.
I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back to enjoy other dishes!

23/09/2024: Certainement l'un des meilleurs restaurants de Corse. Nous y venons chaque année lors de nos 15 jours de vacances en Corse. Et sur les 15 jours et 14 restaurants que nous faisons, il est dans le top 5. Même en passant par le Belvédère, l'Emporium à Porto Vecchio, l'ecrin à Ajaccio et j'en passe il est l'un de nos préférés. La simplicité et la qualité !Pas de tra la la, tout est délicieux. Jamais de faux pas.Merci encore pour ce bon dîner et à l'année prochaine
10/09/2024: Siccome i tavoli all'interno erano apparecchiati senza tovaglia (le posate direttamente sul legno senza neanche il tovagliolo sotto), Abbiamo gentilmente chiesto la tovaglia, come i tavoli in esterno. Il cameriere ha bruscamente rifiutato. Abbiamo salutato e siamo andate via. Si danno arie da ristorante raffinato, ma hanno molto da imparare
