If I may, the carrots could have been cooked a touch longer, and there could have been a bit more zucchini. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.

19/08/2026: Excellent Japanese restaurant. The food is truly top-notch. The atmosphere and service are also very good. Perhaps a little more expensive than other restaurants in Strasbourg, but with a much wider selection of dishes. For example, it's not often you find shabu-shabu.

24/02/2026: We stayed at the hotel in 2024 and dined at the restaurant. After moving to Alsace, we returned for lunch. The establishment is very well-run and the staff are friendly. The food is also very good... but the dishes arrive far too hot, not to say scalding.

We opted for the chef's menu and it was absolutely delicious from start to finish: special mention for the fresh ingredients used and the apricot ice cream, which was a wonderful surprise. 06/08/2026: A very pleasant terrace, perfect for relaxing with friends around 2 a.m. PS: It seems your chairs and tables weren't properly secured; we managed to move them ourselves. I don't know if it was the intern's fault or an employee who drinks at work, but please don't blame anyone. The chairs were put back in place after we left. Remember to clean the tables with white spirit 😉 We had a great time at this establishment 👍🏻

The bartender concocts superb cocktails and is happy to advise you, particularly on the signature creations. For a starter, try a Bloody Mary, uniquely flavored with an excellent truffle aroma from Maison Sébalcé, a supplier to restaurants since 1966. Then, savor a platter of sausages and cheeses, including a summer truffle gouda—simply divine. Finish your evening with a lemon tart cocktail, another original creation. In short, head to Les Oubliettes, the home of cocktails forever.
