27/01/2026: I went there to watch a football match, the waitresses were super friendly and the atmosphere was really great 👍🏾

18/01/2026: The service and atmosphere of the restaurant were impeccable, no complaints there. It's an "Asian fusion" restaurant, so if you order an Asian dish, don't expect the same flavors. Even though they're reimagined versions, the beef loc lac was nothing like beef loc lac. As for the pho, the broth was quite good (a bit too sweet, though), but there were far too many onions and pieces of ginger in it (even though ginger should normally be removed when the broth is strained). I also don't understand the point of putting whole spring onions in; nobody puts that in pho. There weren't enough noodles either. However, the dumplings (very reimagined) were good but too big and difficult to eat. I won't be back for the Asian food, but I imagine the French cuisine they serve must be better. It's still a decent restaurant.

12/03/2026: Pleasantly surprised, I ordered a venison stew to take away. The welcome was warm, and they even offered a discount on the price of my dish for ordering it to go. My dish was very good and generous. I will come back this time to dine in and experience the atmosphere of the establishment.

02/03/2026: I spent three wonderful weeks at the Beysang. The rooms are fantastic, very cozy, and the food is simply incredible. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Thank you to the owner for her wonderful hospitality!

15/02/2026: A wonderful surprise! Passing through, we stopped at this restaurant, and what a pleasant surprise it was! The dishes are simple yet delicious. The service was quick, incredibly friendly, and attentive. We were welcomed with delicious creamy soups, followed by tartiflette with Munster cheese, and finally, blueberry tart. A real treat in a truly unique setting—go and see for yourself! 😉 I highly recommend it!

29/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, very friendly staff. We were a party of four and the owner greeted us immediately. We felt at ease right away, and the meal was very generous and delicious. The owner, working alone in the kitchen, managed all the tables very well. This won't be the last time we go to this establishment. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

18/03/2026: A trip to Texas right in the heart of the Krutenau district! 🔥 Head to this restaurant for a Texas BBQ experience 🤠 We start strong with a perfectly crisp Blooming Onion and a rich, flavorful beef broth 🧅 Then comes the moment you've all been waiting for: the tasting fest 😍 🥩 Roast beef 🍖 Pork ribs with homemade BBQ sauce 🥓 24-hour marinated pork belly 🥩 Angus beef brisket 🌽 Cornbread 🥦 American-style broccoli salad 🥔 Baked potato… and many other delicious treats! 06/01/2026: A relaxed, rock-infused atmosphere, just the way I like it. The owner is very friendly and always smiling. The exterior isn't much to look at, but step inside and you'll be pleasantly surprised. A lovely place, I highly recommend it! And the prices aren't exorbitant like in some bars; a round for four is €14.

06/04/2026: We came as a couple and ordered two tacos, each with two types of meat. A problem arose immediately upon arrival. One of the tacos was noticeably smaller than the other. The difference was very obvious. We asked if this was normal or if an ingredient was missing. The cook assured us everything was fine. However, the discrepancy remained obvious. It wasn't a minor detail; the portion size was completely different from the other taco. In the end, after acknowledging the problem, they tried to reassure us that next time would be better. We noted their gesture, but the mistake wasn't acknowledged from the start. We expect more transparency and consistency in portion sizes.

25/02/2026: As a regular at this restaurant, I was extremely disappointed! Not by the service, as the staff was excellent, nor by the pizza chef who's been there since the beginning, but by the prices, which have gone up by €5 or even €7. The cordon bleu was inedible, so dry with a layer of cheese that didn't melt at all; even the cheese itself must have wondered why it was there! The meal was over in an hour, tops! Very disappointed 😞

The tartes flambées are well-filled, the cordon bleus generous, and the Irish coffees are very helpful for digestion (even a little Gewürztraminer 🍇). The warm atmosphere of our region, the typical setting, and the staff are simply adorable! In short, there are so many good things to say... I'll avoid writing a novel 😄.
