28/11/2025: A very good experience. We came as a couple and it was a real treat. The portions were generous, with beautiful cuts of meat that were perfectly sauced and served with a generous amount of fries. The desserts were also very generous. The prices are high, especially for the desserts, but they are justified by the quality and quantity of the food. We will be back.

22/02/2026: We visited the restaurant on a recommendation. It was fully booked, but despite that, we didn't have to wait long. Our order was taken quickly and served within 15 minutes. We didn't order anything we were advised not to order. The only thing we didn't really like was the escargot. What we did order was very tasty. The dishes are simple but very tasty. And the prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend it.

22/02/2026: Very good experience. I arrived early to avoid crowds. By the time I finished my 2 course lunch, the place had totally filled up. Having lived in France as a child, I experienced the similar tastes I had craved for and could never find elsewhere. Especially in a dish like tripes à la mode de Caen. Well done. And priced honestly. Overall very pleased.

05/02/2026: Villa René Lalique probably doesn't need another glowing review… and yet. Our dinner and overnight stay were a truly timeless experience. The culinary journey was remarkable: refined, expertly executed, and perfectly balanced, with a delightful dining experience and a genuine sense of harmony throughout. The room was exquisitely decorated, with a soothing elegance that fostered calm and relaxation. The place exudes serenity, nestled in a stunning setting that invites you to slow down and savor every moment. And what can I say about the staff: attentive, warm, genuinely charming, with a natural elegance that made the experience even more precious. A truly memorable stay, discreet yet heartfelt.

29/10/2025: A disappointment! At lunchtime, the "Alsatian ravioli + starter" set menu is advertised at €16. UNLESS you choose the vegetarian version (and even then, without the starter), in which case the bill is much higher: €19.50. It's unacceptable to pay an extra €3.50 for ravioli made with processed vegetables! It's completely inappropriate.

19/12/2025: Great evening! The atmosphere was very welcoming! The waitress was very attentive. Absolutely fantastic! 🙂 We had an excellent mixed salad with bacon, a three-cheese pizza, and a Diablo meat pizza. It was truly superb, I highly recommend it!

07/01/2026: Hello Your bread was delicious, but I think the baker has changed (Monswiller) because for several weeks now the bread hasn't been as good. I'm not the only one saying this, and I won't be coming back.

23/01/2026: A small, late brunch today, served by Anne who was lovely and whose service was impeccable. Special mention for the pizza and the chocolate flan.

22/01/2026: An impressive selection of galettes des rois (king cakes) during this period! New ones are available every week in addition to the classics. We tried the hazelnut one with a subtle honey flavor, the one with beautifully caramelized apples, and the brioche-style one with candied fruit.

29/01/2026: I discovered this place thanks to my sweetheart… and what a discovery! Honestly, it's the best I've eaten so far. The meat is flavorful and perfectly seasoned, the bread is fresh, the portions are generous, and everything is prepared with care. You can taste the quality of the ingredients from the very first bite. The welcome is also incredibly warm, which makes you want to go back even more. I highly recommend this place. Thank you to the manager for the warm welcome.

05/01/2026: We expected something much better since it is housed in the Gallerie Lafayette building. A real disappointment. The wait to order... was quite long. although in fact one person was serving. Prices are comparable to the city but for a small quantity. The space is suffocating and comparing it to the building in Paris, I really think you only go there out of necessity. The toilets, let's emphasize that they charge you €1 per person but at least they are very clean.
