Les meilleurs restaurants en Bas-Rhin

22/08/2024: Wir waren hier mit 2 Ehepaaren mir August an einem Montag Mittag, ohne Reservierung. Glücklicherweise war noch ein Tisch auf der herrlichen Terrasse frei, eine Reservierung in den französischen Ferien wäre hilfreich gewesen. Wir hatten das Mittagsmenü, Melone mit Parkschinken als Vorspeise, Hühnerkeule mit Beilagen als Hauptgang, und Eis mit Birne und Schokosahne als Nachspeise. Alles war sehr lecker und von hervorragender Qualität, und mit nur 18 Euro für das Mittagsmenü ein echter Tipp.

20/08/2024: Tsim Sha Tsui is a famous district in Hongkong. Finding a restaurant with this name we naturally thought the food must be very authentic. But honestly the food was OK. They have vietnamese dishes which has literally nothing to do with the cuisine of Hongkong let alone Tsim Sha Tsui. So clearly not very authentic. The other chinese dishes were adjusted for western taste. So if you expect Hongkong food here you will get disappointed. If you expect westernized chinese food you will be satisfied. It is also not really a proper restaurant. More like a fast food restaurant. Considering that it is extremely overpriced. We paid 80€ for 4 people, each had 1 dish and 1 drink, no appetizers, no desserts. The staff was very polite tho.

30/11/2024: En petit comité ou pour une grande famille, pour un anniversaire ou un évènement, je recommande ce restaurant ! Il y en a pour tous les goûts, et l'accueil y est vraiment sympa.

27/11/2024: Tried during the week for lunch, a nice surprise, everything was good! In any case, there is nothing to say about value for money! A richly stocked and varied lunch buffet, hot and cold seafood, fish, meat, sushi/makis, raw vegetables, fruit and a large choice of desserts! The setting is nice, the staff is indeed a little "distant" but without being unpleasant!

03/09/2024: It is always pleasant to have a snack with high quality pastry desserts in this place, as well as to have lunch or dinner enjoying their typical Alsatian and non-Alsatian dishes, of excellent quality!!...more than fair portions and good value for money! Despite being very busy, there is always room for everyone as it has 2 large internal rooms, a tea room and outdoor tables on a lovely central square

19/09/2024: What an amazing hotel and restaurant in the heart of Alsace! So glad we took the advice of other travellers and gave it a try. The highlight is the food… a very professionally run restaurant with local dishes cooked with great care and served in a lovely contemporary dining room. The chef is very talented. The wine list showcases some excellent local wines at very reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet is simple but fresh (excellent croissants, bread and local cheese and ham as well as cereals, yogurts and fruit). We were seriously impressed with the food. The portions are very generous! The rooms above the restaurant have been given a contemporary lick of paint and the beds are modern and super comfy but the bathrooms remain firmly rooted in the 1970s (it’s a long time since we’ve seen an avocado suite!). We felt this added a certain charm and everything worked amazingly well which is all that matters after a hard day’s walking. The only thing we missed was a kettle and cups to make a morning drink. We’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to this lovely area.

04/09/2024: Bonne découverte accueil sympathique Cuisine originale Petit reproche. :lors de la réservation par téléphone l'on ne m'a demandé de préciser si l'on voulait déjeuner en salle ou en terrasse Conclusion : à notre arrivée à l'heure prévue la terrasse était soit disant déjà réservée Dommage....

24/08/2024: Excellent repas...en particulier la salade de poissons grillés. Tous les accompagnements étaient au top...pain frittes mayo. A refaire...

13/09/2024: Leggo commenti discordanti, io posso solo dire che il croque-monsieur che abbiamo preso era veramente buono, come il cappuccino e che è stata piacevole la colazione seduti sulla grand rue. Per questo motivo, a parte la coda quasi perenne la mattina per ordinare, posso solo consigliarlo e parlarne bene.

And I confirm the talent of the cook which is undeniable!!! Dishes as good as each other. Don't hesitate and really go and try this restaurant without a shadow of a doubt!! 04/12/2024: Lunch meal with a minimum of time, welcome, fast service and the perfect meal. Tasty dish, well seasoned and to finish off a very good coffee. Don't hesitate to push the door, you won't be there.

22/08/2024: The boss is welcoming, attentive and explains his menu perfectly. The starters or main courses are delicious, made with fresh, homemade products. We had a great time and will come back with great pleasure.

29/08/2024: Friendly staff, good simple and efficient meal, the cook must be in love because the meal was a little too salty for "OUR TASTE" I specify. The portions are correct and even plentiful for children.

21/09/2024: We had reserved a table on a Saturday evening, we still had not received our dishes 1h15 after ordering (in exaggeration). We had ordered a drink but we weren't even served drinks for 1 hour 15 minutes. Some customers who arrived after us were served before. No one came to see us to explain the situation. We ended up leaving after 1:20, without the waiters even noticing. Too bad, we won't come back again.

20/09/2024: Very professional welcome. The cheese platter offered to me was delicious. Perhaps a little salad was missing to freshen things up. I let myself be guided about the wine and it was good advice.
