13/09/2024: Peaceful place, close to the basin with a beautiful view of the entire basin and the Pilat dune.
We were able to try all the products on the menu and everything was just as good with a very beautiful presentation that makes you want to eat.
I highly recommend this place if you want to taste good oysters.

30/09/2024: Reception a little cold without really finding a reservation made by email although validated... Customers without reservations took it for their rank. Either. Careful and original dishes. Tips for pairing wine. Pleasant room, few tables so it's almost intimate.
Service with good timing but we felt a little pressure. Bad day?
Incorrect addition with an extra coffee but we will say that it was the little extra.

06/09/2024: Nous avons dîné au Nautique pour terminer notre séjour à Hourtin, quel plaisir ! Repas en terrasse avec vue sur le lac. Au menu, des plats de très grande qualité et des propositions qui sortent de l'ordinaire. Je vous conseille le croustillant chèvre chaud...et froid, vous aurez la surprise de déguster une délicieuse glace au fromage de chèvre. Les lieux dont très cosy, déco agréable, éclairage sympa, en résumé, un resto à essayer ! Au niveau tarifs, c'est un peu high level mais justifié de mon point de vue.

01/11/2024: Excellent food, on the other hand, the service is long, long...a piece of advice take a book because between the starter and the main course you will be able to read at least 2-3 chapters...and at least one chapter to have dessert; we had the impression that we had to be known or recognized to be served normally (people who arrived after us, left well before, the lucky guys!.) Really a shame because the place is superb and congratulations to the chef (fe).

Very well received, friendly and smiling people.
Very good food.
Quite crowded in the restaurant but not at all noisy.
I will return and highly recommend.
