23/03/2026: Bad experience. One of the waitresses told us we couldn't sit down at a table because we had ordered coffee to go. She said the price increased when we sat down, even though we had already paid €4 for the takeaway, claiming that "this is France." The country has nothing to do with poor customer service. We would have loved to enjoy the views from the terrace. Travelers have the right to change their minds and have their takeaway coffee at a table (especially when it's not peak time and there are tables available).

21/10/2025: Had to give it a 1 because there is no such thing as a 0. Huge disappointment. The pizza was really poor quality: ultra-thin, almost non-existent dough, flavorless toppings, and visibly low-end ingredients that tasted like soap. It feels like they're trying to save money on everything, at the expense of taste. For the price, it's frankly outrageous. A ROBBERY! Clearly, I won't be coming back and I don't recommend this place. Good luck if you go there.

19/10/2025: Pleasant service and a very warm welcome, despite our late arrival (with a large group). Simple but comforting pizzas, with a special mention for the rather original pizza of the month. Thank you, we'll be back!

08/03/2026: Avoid at all costs... The initial welcome was pleasant, though the Italian accent was a bit forced. We ordered a charcuterie and cheese board and a bottle of Bardolino Chiaretto (at €30...). The waitress didn't even know how to open the bottle and nearly broke the cork. Then, after waiting for over an hour, a waitress asked us if we were waiting for our desserts, even though we hadn't received our main courses yet. Ten minutes passed, and we were informed that due to a gas leak in the kitchen (even though the dining room hadn't even been evacuated), our food was delayed. This place is a disgrace to Italy.

Lume is a unique place, timeless, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday life… We were regulars when we lived in Bordeaux, and we love coming back to eat there whenever we spend the weekend! It's a restaurant where the cuisine and service are perfectly in sync, creating a seamless experience that borders on perfection! We always eat there wonderfully; the portions are just right, balanced, and the dishes tell a real story. It's refined and intelligent cuisine. The service is gentle and warm. Everything is there for an extraordinary evening. Since we both work in the restaurant industry and love Michelin-starred restaurants, Lume remains undeniably one of our favorites! The wine list is precise, extensive, and reflects the soul of this restaurant and its owners. We let Alice guide us and are never disappointed! His food and wine pairings are also perfectly balanced! As for the tasting menu, it's definitely worth the trip! It reflects a genuine love for quality ingredients, for quality dishes, and for doing things well… and pays tribute to the Italian and regional producers he works with. If you think you like Italian cuisine, Riccardo's cooking will make you appreciate it even more! It's a true discovery of his native region. From the amuse-bouches to the dessert, including the savory courses, everything is delicious and authentic. We will definitely be back!

28/02/2026: A table was reserved for my birthday, just the two of us. My partner wanted to treat me, so we each ordered the tasting menu with wine pairings. We were simply disappointed. The food was good, but far from amazing. For the same price, there are much better options elsewhere. The red wine sauce served with the sea bass was very strong and overwhelmed the delicate flavor of the fish. The sauce accompanying the sweetbreads was very rich. The combination of the two made the dish too heavy. However, the setting was refined and tastefully decorated.
