I went back to Lacanau for four days on holiday and found him again. I'm very happy with how it's grown. A magnificent restaurant, a fantastic team, and above all, quality at a very reasonable price. 17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you. 24/05/2026: As a local resident of Arcachon, I'm familiar with the local establishments and therefore feel compelled to share my experience compared to other places I've tried. For the price, the view is undeniably lovely and definitely enhances the experience. However, the menu selection and service leave something to be desired. The wait for our food was quite long, and as for the champagne, it felt almost like we had to serve ourselves. At €100, such a limited menu offering, like three scoops of sorbet, seems a bit meager, especially for an establishment that aims to position itself as a premium restaurant. There are plenty of staff, but the organization is inefficient. This is all the more surprising given that the service is much better downstairs at the hotel, where the portions are far more generous, with a wider selection at the brasserie. Find the mistake… In short: very beautiful view, but the overall experience doesn't quite live up to the price.

05/09/2026: A pleasant restaurant with a varied but focused menu. As evening falls, traffic on Boulevard de Lattre de Tassigny slows down, making this restaurant a relaxing place. It has a terrace, a veranda, and an indoor seating area. The burgers and fries were to our liking, and parking was easy. In short, a nice place. Next time we'll try the tapas. Thank you, don't change a thing.
