31/03/2025: after a short visit in the early evening in the pretty town of Colmar, hunger is making itself felt, bad luck it is Monday evening and many establishments are closed. So we turn to a sushi restaurant, food well known and appreciated by our habits in the Paris region, it was not our disappointment to find dishes bordering on mediocre, composition of cold skewers (it smelled like reheating) and in this same composition of skewers, I wish you good courage to attack the prawns, the bowls of rice accompanying the menus were dry How to explain that the feeling of having almost thrown 130 € in this kind of food is like the limit of being cheated in short we will not come back, that's for sure.

Everything being prepared to order, you of course have to wait.... but isn't that better than having something reheated in the microwave like in many of the bloated menus? We tried the miso soup but we didn't like the taste of the seaweed, she ignored the soup and offered us something else, the salads were delicious and the coconut balls were a bit like mochi with inside. fresh peanuts in the morning it was really excellent
