A memorable meal!
31/07/2026: Everything was perfect, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch!
The meat was cooked to perfection, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Special mention goes to the staff, who kept smiling despite the stormy and humid weather that evening, which made their work quite difficult.
Note for those sensitive to noise: the dining room inside is very noisy.

However, having only drinks and tarte flambée available for two hours without being able to order dessert is a bit much.
The service was very slow, even though everyone was pleasant.
It took 20 minutes to get our tarte flambée platters, and another 20 minutes between each order. But it's still a very good place for the food.

The coffee came with beautifully frothed milk in a separate pitcher and a biscuit.

31/07/2026: Despite a warm and cozy atmosphere and friendly, quick service, the food didn't live up to our expectations: the wild boar shoulder stews were undercooked, one even had a tuft of hair and the animal's skin on it; the guinea fowl with sauce was dry and lacked sauce; the spaetzle were poorly made—in short, it was a shame and very disappointing.

09/06/2026: Le Tire-Bouchon is, for me, the best place in Strasbourg to enjoy excellent sauerkraut; it offers the best value for money in Strasbourg. Of course, there are other, more well-known places, but their prices are exorbitant. I've been there several times, both for business and pleasure, and I've never been disappointed. Well done to the whole team! 🙏❤

We were at your restaurant at the end of June, it's a shame the portions were so small and disappointing!
It wasn't cheap! The service was a bit lacking, which was a shame!
The setting was very nice, no complaints there.
