Caveau de l'Etable
Niederbronn-Les-Bains
28/09/2026: The tarte flambée is wonderful. I can only applaud.
21/09/2026: Excellent food.
Generous and well-presented.
Pleasant atmosphere.
It's a shame the carafe of water was lukewarm next to our ice-cold beer.
I recommend it.

Mikado
Strasbourg
18/09/2026: Very nice restaurant with a calm atmosphere and pleasant service
15/09/2026: I don't understand the rave reviews.
I found the rice, which is supposed to be the base of the meal, to be undercooked and tasteless. The fish portions weren't the right size either.
The tempura was far too greasy; it should be light. The karaage was soggy and too oily.
Perhaps I'm comparing it too much to restaurants I've tried in Japan, but I just didn't find that magic here.
Too expensive for the experience.

Restaurant le 15
Ostwald, 20-30€
16/09/2026: Great restaurant! The daily menu offers exceptional value for money!
15/09/2026: A pleasant surprise. A simple lunch break during the week, with a set menu, was greeted and served by a smiling and very professional person. The food was high quality (and delicious) with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was calm and ideal between noon and 2 pm. The set menu was reasonably priced. I recommend it.

A la charrue
Breuschwickersheim
09/09/2026: It was super nice to be here. Giovanni is very friendly and to be honest the best chef ever. I took my girlfriend to visit this beautiful part of france and the dinner at La Charrue was my favorite part of the trip, together with the visit at lalique museum (suggested by Giovanni). Thank you very much for your hospitality!
27/08/2026: Arrived with a puppy in a carrier bag, so it wasn't touching the ground, and wanted to have lunch on the terrace... Refused!
I've seen some idiots, but this is beyond belief.

s'Klane Elsass
Strasbourg
10/10/2026: The food and service were perfect.
10/10/2026: Overrated restaurant. We barely touched the main course and when asked if everything was OK and answered no, the waiter just ignore and came with the machine to charge. Expecting a better care about the experience and the quality of the food in a restaurant claiming itself “haute cuisine” and having insects on it. Edited to a 1 after reading the response of the restaurant, hilarious!
