The rural setting of the park lets the modernity of the steel trough garden shine through. The restaurant is an exceptional restaurant both visually and in taste. 20/08/2024: Le cadre est très beau et la touche LALIQUE est présente dans les moindres détails. Très beau menu terroir essentiellement végétarien. Bon conseil sur les vins (assez chers au demeurant). La visite de la cave et le digestif dans le bar de l'hôtel s'imposent. L'ambiance n'est pas relax mais la recherche de la perfection est à ce prix. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr.

Este restaurante estaba muy reservado, pero hicieron todo lo posible para acomodarnos y hacernos sentir bienvenidos. La comida era sensacional. Todo estaba bien de precio. El vino estaba delicioso. El personal de camareros era amable y amable, especialmente con los niños. Muchas gracias por una hermosa cena en Estrasburgo. Esta familia australiana está muy agradecida.

01/12/2024: The pizzas are large and thick, almost too loaded, the dough in the middle almost melted and at the edge it was elastic and the medium knife when finishing our pizza we discovered 2 hairs underneath we stopped eating and showed it to the waiter who cleared it the table as if nothing had happened the coffee we waited half an hour, we paid for everything and we left never to return

Being a regular at this restaurant, we are never there, from the valet service, from the pretzel to the aperitif, including melt-in-the-mouth meat and delicious treats at the gourmet coffee: everything is there to have a good time and enjoy. We will come back!

Von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung spürt man hier die allervorbildlichste Gastfreundschaft die man sich vorstellen kann. Den Empfehlungen des Chefs darf man sehr gerne folgen und wird sicher nicht enttäuscht. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns für den Assiette Gourmande, Schnecken, Froschschenkel, Presskopf, der Fischempfehlung und dem Lamm entschieden. Alle am Tisch begeistert. Das Essen war insgesamt geschmacklich und von der Qualität an der obersten Zufriedenheitsgrenze. Die Präsentation der Speisen bereits beim Anblick schon lustmachend. Kochen ist eine Kunst, die ein Handwerk, die Liebe zum Produkt und das Gespür für den Gast in sich trägt. Dies sind Markenzeichen der verlässlichen Küche in diesem wunderschönen Restaurant. Alles steht in einem ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Unbedingt erwähnenswert ist auch der vorbldlichst ausgezeichnete Service. Sehr freundlich, kompetent und sehr liebenswert.
