12/12/2025: I tried one of their most famous sandwiches, a round bread roll with carrots and a yellow sauce. It had an oniony taste. Honestly, the taste wasn't to my liking. The gingerbread was very hard and spicy. I didn't like that either. Their pistachio cakes were delicious. I tried those varieties. Still, it's the only place in Strasbourg where you can find gluten-free options, and they have so many sweet and savory choices, you should definitely give it a try, you'll find something you like.

15/08/2024: Un restaurant italien qui se démarque des autres de Strasbourg, personnel très sympathique, un jeune homme et une jeune fille qui était disponible à tout moment et très sympa ! La nourriture est très bonne également, portion généreuse et fidèle à ce à quoi on peut s’attendre en lisant la carte. Prix dans la norme basse pour Strasbourg. Pour le cadre il est plutôt sympa encore bien préservé des cas sociaux et autres chances qui polluent la ville. De plus un gentil geste commercial, nous avions pris un tiramisu pour deux et le serveur a eu la gentillesse de nous donner 2 cuillère sans qu’on lui demande ! Et dernier point, ce tiramisu avait été oublié sur l’addition, je suis retourné pour le payer, ils me l’ont offert, très sympa. Je recommande fortement !

26/07/2024: Came here for dinner and got the meatballs. My food took an hour to come out and while the meatballs were good, the pasta wasn't that good. It was a little too soft. The salad was fine and there weren't any issues.

03/12/2025: This was an amazing place to eat and relax. The food was out of this world delicious with very large portions and our waiter Samie was the nicest and most helpful guy! I would travel back to France just to eat here again! Side note: they do not serve any alcohol so do not be surprised:)

28/11/2025: We came as a family for a birthday celebration (15 people), and I wanted to thank the Chark team for their warm welcome and professionalism. The servers were smiling and attentive to every detail. A big plus was their birthday entertainment with music and a great atmosphere. The meal was also very good, with a wide selection on the menu and reasonable prices. We will be back.

08/12/2025: A delightful surprise awaited us by chance on the road. A calf's head worth the trip alone, tripe Milanese better than anything we'd ever tasted, and service that radiated the chef and his wife's genuine pleasure in welcoming guests... A memory that will definitely bring us back. PS: A special mention also goes to the homemade bread.

05/12/2025: The fried Munster cheese is amazing. The cheese is delicious, and the accompanying salad is enormous. I highly recommend it. For dessert, I had a small three-scoop ice cream: cinnamon, mirabelle plum, and raspberry. My only regret is that I should have ordered two scoops of cinnamon; it was absolutely divine. Go to this restaurant; your taste buds will thank you. This wasn't my first visit to this restaurant, which speaks volumes about its quality. I'll be back soon.

02/10/2024: Excellent food, lovely and professional staff, a very good restaurant with real pizzas, I also tasted the Milanese escalope which was also very good and not greasy. My favorite restaurant in Haguenau :)

02/10/2024: Very warm welcome, delicious food, friendly staff. We went 2 times and both times in the evening there were a lot of people, locals, I think this is a sign of quality. On the first evening, we ordered the same thing as the girl sitting at the next table; she ate cheese and potatoes with such pleasure that we couldn’t resist and took it too. And the next evening, memories of cheese and potatoes and delicious fresh beer did not allow us to go to bed peacefully until we went to this restaurant again. And what a delicate creme brulee cannot be described in words, perfect in texture, sweetness and fat content.

02/10/2024: On this rainy day in Strasbourg, we decided to eat a choucroute at Le Tire-Bouchon and we did well! The food is very good, the service is friendly and the setting is very pleasant. After the very good sauerkraut, we had a baba kouuelhopf with rum, a delight in every bite! We recommend this winstub without hesitation 👍
