22/09/2024: Worth the detour! The chef has a lot of talent, and makes original combinations of very good products. I recommend this restaurant and the sweetbreads in particular for those who like it. Either way, everything is delicious, the service friendly and attentive. A special mention for the touching attention of a dessert candle for a birthday 😀

09/11/2024: One surprising thing about this Poulaillon brand, compared to many stores of all types: the constant smile for all the team members... As well as the politeness... too rare, in our world... And always a kind word. ..or tease... Another rare thing: mutual help between colleagues...and often with a simple look... And, for my situation, another sweetness exists in this structure: availability. And I recently discovered Macha, her availability, her commitment, her concern for well-performed service....and her infectious joy of living. Just: ...thanks everyone! It's always a real pleasure to come and make small purchases from you!

23/09/2024: I have had lunch there occasionally for around fifteen years and I am surprised to see the choice on the menu. I experienced the 3 menus (health, land and sea), then 2 (land and sea), then with a double choice and now a single menu. The dishes on the menu are now almost the same over the years. Where did the game go, the baeckeoffe in the fall? Game is only on the €50 menu!

22/09/2024: Having made several stays and evenings in this establishment, nothing to complain about at the top of the top of the welcome, service, meals, spa, room and seeing the owners running in all directions clearly shows the seriousness of the establishment. Looking forward to our next stay!!!

10/12/2024: Le Blue Flamingo a répondu à toutes nos attentes, repas de Noël pour 17 personnes aussi bien exécuté qu´un dîner pour 4, accueil toujours chaleureux et attentionné, cuisine créative et savoureuse. Un grand merci à toute l´équipe pour cette très belle soirée.

09/12/2024: Restaurant conseillé par des amis, nous n'avons pas été déçus ! J'avais réservé pour faire une surprise à ma mère pour son anniversaire et nous avons pu le fêter comme il se doit. Des cocktails délicieux, des plats qui le sont tout autant, et des serveurs à l'écoute et très sympathiques ! Ils ont même été super, avec bougie pour le dessert. Je recommande fortement ce lieu, pour bien manger de façon originale au fil de l'eau.

10/12/2024: We came to this hostel on a Monday evening! We were made very welcome and ate well! The sauerkraut was very filling and very good! The burger too! The service was good and fast!

30/11/2024: All summer we went to this restaurant 4 times in the evening or at midday, the best... the owner is great... very very fresh meals and a perfect terrace. The welcome for children is perfect, well done to you!!!!

27/09/2024: Excellent restaurant, all the elements are there to have a good time and please your taste buds. We were there, as part of a business dinner. I tried the duck breast (cooked to perfection, sorry to the chef, but I like it well cooked) and my evening companions opted for the carpaccio. We were all delighted with our dishes. Drink 🍺 Corsican beer, October spritz (orange, cinnamon and...). A very chilled rosé, finished with a glass of crémant. Dynamic waitress, smiling and sociable, good impression before discovering that it was the manager. Setting and decor rather well arranged. Availability Outdoor terrace Ideal for a daytime business lunch Group meal in the evening Oh yes, I almost forgot the tarte flambée as a starter, it was great. 16/12/2024: Trés bel endroit. Un restaurant proche de la gare, qui a du succés, il était presque complet. Un bon accueil et un service impeccable dans un établissement à la décoration typiquement alsacienne.

30/11/2024: tout était parfait, le lieu, l'accueil sympathique, les mets succulents, le filet de boeuf parfait, bref allez-y ...mais pas trop souvent pour que d'autres puissent en profiter:-)

15/09/2024: Wir waren gestern zum wiederholten Male im 'Caveau du Châtelet' essen und empfehlen diese Restaurant bedingungslos weiter. Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht, das Ambiente ist sehr schön, ein Parkplatz fast vor der Tür, Küche und Service ausgezeichnet. Auch wenn vegetarische Gerichte nicht auf der ständig saisonal wechselnden kleinen Karte stehen, wird dem Wunsch des Gastes entsprochen und eben mal fix ein neues Gericht kreiert, so geschehen voriges Jahr beim Ostermenü. Eine Reservierung ist unbedingt empfohlen, am Telefon und im Restaurant spricht man auch vorzüglich Deutsch, wie jeder Franzose freut man sich über ein bonjour, bonsoir, s'il vous plaît und merci.
