20/09/2024: If someone asks me to recommend a restaurant in Alsace with homemade dishes, I would say Bim Buewele without hesitation. The staff of the establishment are super welcoming, always a smile which is super pleasant. The restaurant is clean. The dishes are homemade, thanks to the kitchen. It's not the first time I've come but it's only when I'm passing through Drusenheim. Just a big thank you and well done.

27/09/2024: Very good restaurant, apart from the reception at the bar of the manager who was not very friendly and who made us wait and who forgot us. It was a nice waitress who placed us at our table. The waiters and waitresses are very competent.

15/08/2024: Un restaurant italien qui se démarque des autres de Strasbourg, personnel très sympathique, un jeune homme et une jeune fille qui était disponible à tout moment et très sympa ! La nourriture est très bonne également, portion généreuse et fidèle à ce à quoi on peut s’attendre en lisant la carte. Prix dans la norme basse pour Strasbourg. Pour le cadre il est plutôt sympa encore bien préservé des cas sociaux et autres chances qui polluent la ville. De plus un gentil geste commercial, nous avions pris un tiramisu pour deux et le serveur a eu la gentillesse de nous donner 2 cuillère sans qu’on lui demande ! Et dernier point, ce tiramisu avait été oublié sur l’addition, je suis retourné pour le payer, ils me l’ont offert, très sympa. Je recommande fortement !

26/07/2024: Came here for dinner and got the meatballs. My food took an hour to come out and while the meatballs were good, the pasta wasn't that good. It was a little too soft. The salad was fine and there weren't any issues.

Whether it was the originality, the presentation, the quality of the products used, everything was perfect, the flavors of each ingredient highlighted were present and carefully prepared. 11/08/2024: Discovering this restaurant, we were able to reserve a table on the terrace a few minutes before going there. Very pleasant staff, copious, well-prepared dishes. The only point that would need to evolve (from my point of view) is the relatively rich cuisine (oil, butter, etc.) which does not allow you to fully enjoy products that appear to be of quality.

17/08/2024: Très sympathique et très accueillant. On y mange très bien, sans que cela soit excessif. Ajoutons que le couple de restaurateurs est de très bon conseil, et ce, de manière désintéressée.

02/09/2024: So a little moment shared with my mother, decent food but watch out for the scam, you will notice if you take two dishes with fries on the side you will be served a portion of fries for two, this portion is the same as that served to one person. So finally we end up with half a portion of fries each but we pay for the dish + full side dish each... After thinking about it, the waitress, who is otherwise very pleasant, inquires and tells us that it's a concept that if we want the second portion of fries we have to ask for it but it is not explained anywhere before ordering... Phew we still had two different dishes with my mother otherwise we would have been served a half and half dish but charged two dishes... Too bad I can forgive a cooking or service error but not the scam, not being an idiot I prefer to give my money to honest people. I haven't found a way to respond to your response but I'm going to do it here because lying to people like that is out of the question. Silence is better because it's called a scam and your response is bad faith and if an apology would have been enough but faithful to your practices you confirm that you are dishonest. But I'm neither stupid nor dishonest, besides, it's a shame because sincerely your cooking is good, your adorable waitress I don't recommend it at all, it's just a shame not to be honest. 27/09/2024: Excellent restaurant, all the elements are there to have a good time and please your taste buds. We were there, as part of a business dinner. I tried the duck breast (cooked to perfection, sorry to the chef, but I like it well cooked) and my evening companions opted for the carpaccio. We were all delighted with our dishes. Drink 🍺 Corsican beer, October spritz (orange, cinnamon and...). A very chilled rosé, finished with a glass of crémant. Dynamic waitress, smiling and sociable, good impression before discovering that it was the manager. Setting and decor rather well arranged. Availability Outdoor terrace Ideal for a daytime business lunch Group meal in the evening Oh yes, I almost forgot the tarte flambée as a starter, it was great.
