08/09/2024: Meals with friends, I absolutely didn't know. The staff is really pleasant, smiling and attentive. The environment really pretty and simple. The menu is small which indicates the freshness of the products, the quality is there. The dishes are well presented, everything is homemade, even the ketchup and mayonnaise. On the other hand, it is a meat restaurant, few vegetarian dishes (a burger or a risotto). The meat is succulent, dishes prepared to order so it's normal to wait and between us, it wasn't long. The only downside is parking on the road so sometimes you have to park quite far from the restaurant entrance.
03/09/2024: All our CONGRATULATIONS to the chef and his entire team because we had a pleasant time in terms of the setting (the terrace), the welcome, the service and the cuisine.
The aperitifs are perfect, the cooking is 100% homemade and even the bread is homemade, and the meats are delicious.
I'm starting this restaurant again with my eyes closed for the whole thing.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone for this wonderful time spent in your establishment worthy of a star.

20/01/2025: The staff was super friendly and willing even though they only speak French. The problem is that the cake dough is completely rubbery and soft, not at all crunchy as it should be. The cheese board comes mostly with fetas, something unthinkable in a country like France. Could improve a lot

16/09/2024: The best kebab and pizza I ate in Strasbourg; the food is delicious and the portions generous, the owner and his team are great (welcoming, helpful and most friendly...), the service is fast and I always come out with a full stomach...
I recommend.
14/09/2024: Never disappointed! Very good kebab, always well eaten. This evening, I ordered on Ubereats and I forgot to add the sauce and raw vegetables. They called me to ask if it was normal and then put in what I wanted. I recommend without hesitation!

19/09/2024: Clean and quiet hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Quality breakfast, although a little expensive.
The spa is perfect!
Perfect geographical location, with transport right next door, and easy access to the motorway.
Nothing to complain about, we'll come back!
18/09/2024: Good hotel, we had chosen it exclusively for access to the SPA, but it was emptied following a technical problem that occurred the day before so the water was 20°, even the less cautious among us did not stay there any longer of 5 min.. the saunas were also far from the indicated temperatures.
Given the situation (for which no one is responsible), a commercial gesture would have been the least we could do because we paid for this access to the spa.
This was not done despite us reporting our dissatisfaction to reception.
So, without a SPA, you might as well take another 4 star which will be much cheaper.

Hôtel Restaurant Au Cheval Blanc

05/09/2024: We spent a superb family weekend at Le Cheval Blanc.
Welcome by the Zinck family.
We stayed in the Alsatian house which has 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is modern, clean, pleasant and very comfortable (jacuzzi, terrace and soon the sauna)
The hotel is suitable for children (swimming pool, playground, Ping Pong, chess, library, mini golf, etc.)
We took half board.
Perfect and very varied breakfast.
The evening meal taken at the restaurant was just incredible and very tasteful.
The Zinck family and the staff are very kind, they took great care of us and we had special attention for our children.
We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it and we will return soon 😊
04/09/2024: Dinner at Cheval Blanc: it was really very good. Robust and refined Alsatian cuisine and a very fine wine list.

02/10/2024: Nous avons déjà eu l'occasion de venir plusieurs fois manger dans cet établissement sans jamais être déçus, et cette fois encore tout était parfait pour fêter l'anniversaire de mon mari. Le repas était délicieux, et le service agréable . Nous avons aussi ajouté une matinée au spa, qui bien que petit, est très propre et offre tout ce qu'il faut pour un moment de détente. Une expérience toujours aussi sympathique , nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

14/09/2024: It’s still good and the service is friendly. The all-you-can-eat beef carpaccio is still as successful as ever. For the pizzas I have the impression that their diameter has decreased a little and that the “sidewalk” has become wider, the garnished surface has taken a hit!

Excellent burger végétarien avec une "petite" sauce samouraï faite maison, excellente aussi.
Pour mon mari :
Moussaka revisitée avec aubergines, viande hachée, pommes de terre et champignon. Très bonne
Petit bémol : style un peu vieillot.
On recommande.
