(The wait between courses was too long due to one of the two servers "abandoning" the service. We only realized what was happening and why there was such a long delay a little too late.)

22/02/2026: Review February 2026: A year without being able to visit: it's sadly closed on Sundays, but fortunately, on Saturday lunchtimes you can enjoy the evening menu. I was able to rediscover the excellent Table de Caychac, with Yann still at the helm. I thoroughly enjoyed the slow-cooked veal rump with a delicate ratte du Touquet potato mousseline... which paired beautifully with parsley-seasoned oyster mushrooms and waffle fries, all topped with a delicate black garlic sauce. On the palate: a magnificent marriage of flavors. Once again, my taste buds are delighted. Thank you, Yann, and... see you soon! 💫 Review March 2025: We always return with pleasure to this excellent Table de Caychac, which never fails to surprise our senses. Starter: Camembert, walnut, and honey shortbread tart: as delicious as it was surprising. Main course: Roasted duck breast stuffed with foie gras, served with port and foie gras sauce, butternut squash mousseline, and baby vegetables: a flavor combination that completely reinvents the traditional pairing of duck breast and foie gras. Dessert: Grand Marnier frozen soufflé, wonderfully smooth and creamy. One minor drawback: the service was slower than usual. Was this the price of success because the restaurant was full? Or was the waiter less efficient (and less refined than previous ones)? But a huge thank you to Yann, the Chef, for this wonderful experience. 2024 Review: Truly captivated by this cuisine which, built on a foundation of masterful classic techniques, combines a successful marriage of flavors. From starter to dessert, a complete sensory experience. Who would have thought to combine chocolate and olives? A truly delightful gastronomic moment. Thank you.

22/03/2026: Best Eat Salad ever! The staff is very welcoming, the quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the portions are very generous! Special mention for the hygiene, which is simply top-notch!! There are many more choices on the menu at this restaurant than at any other I've been to. A big thank you to the staff!! I will definitely be back, and of course, I will recommend this Eat Salad to all my friends and family!

19/02/2026: A masterclass. As beautiful as it was delicious. I loved the woman's touch with the little flowers on the plate. This time I ordered a starter and main course à la carte. For the starter, a beef and ginger tataki, very well managed with spices and acidity. For the main course, I devoured my Bazas beef skewer with all those winter vegetables. Pleasant, smiling, and attentive service. Very good selection of bread. Artistic decor. Clean dining room. Reasonable prices.

19/02/2026: We came for the Fat Ox Festival, but ended up eating under the arcades in the rain and wind, while many seats remained empty inside. The meat, which we ordered was supposed to be of high quality, was rare but overcooked. The menu was expensive for the experience. We were very disappointed, both personally and for the friends we had invited to the event.

06/03/2026: My partner and I came here to eat, and as always, it was perfect. I had told him beforehand that the waitress was absolutely lovely, always smiling and very pleasant… and it was true! The welcome is warm and you immediately feel at ease. The food is also excellent: the dishes are delicious and you can taste the quality. It wasn't my first visit, and it's always just as good, which is very much appreciated. A place in Arcachon that I recommend without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team! 💪💪❤️

19/03/2026: A lovely discovery here in this charming restaurant next to the Yvrac flying club, where you can watch small planes taking off and landing. A pretty outdoor terrace with large bay windows. A warm and friendly welcome from the waitress this Saturday. Excellent menu at a reasonable price. Looking forward to another visit soon.

22/02/2026: Hello! Absolutely fantastic! The kebabs are delicious, the staff are lovely and very kind to children. The dining area is pleasant, quiet, and welcoming. And it's only 700 meters from Palmer Rock, perfect before a concert. I can't wait to go back! Thank you to the whole team.

16/03/2026: Good place, excellent meat, however the service is really very slow. We ordered at 12:30 pm and were served at 1:40 pm. We asked for a carafe of water and it was only served after we had to ask three times. That's a shame!

17/03/2026: TRES FANTASTIQUE!! What a way to start our Bordeaux trip. We arrived late from America and were tired and wearing Jeans. A fantastic recommendation of the concierge and walking distance. Fantastic wine selection with great prices, superb food and even the owner came to greet. Foia gras, creppe suzette Bravo!!
