15/04/2026: Fantastic tasting hut. We loved being able to sample oysters from different oyster beds in the bay, prepared in two different ways, all in one place. They were all delicious. My husband preferred the open-sea oysters, and I preferred the traditional ones, which is what made it so appealing. The rest of the platter was also very good. A nice touch was the small shrimp, as not all huts offer them. The welcome was also very pleasant and friendly. The view of the Dune du Pilat was perfect. Thank you. We'll be back.

Each dish reveals incredible finesse: sublime ingredients, bold yet perfectly executed flavor combinations, and an elegant presentation. Everything was exquisitely refined. From appetizer to dessert, every bite was a true delight, with pairings that were sometimes surprising but always perfectly balanced and harmonious. Behind each dish, one senses a genuine culinary sensibility and a profound respect for the ingredients. A memorable, delicate, and characterful gastronomic experience. An address I recommend without hesitation.

29/04/2026: Avoid this place at all costs. The staff is unpleasant. The alarm went off and blared for five minutes straight. No server came to apologize for the inconvenience. Furthermore, the salad we were served wasn't fresh at all; some leaves were wilted and rotten. When the bill arrived, I expressed my dissatisfaction, and they told me I should have moved (which wouldn't have made any difference since the alarm was blaring throughout the entire restaurant), and that I should have asked for a replacement salad. And of course, after all that, there was no attempt at compensation. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

21/04/2026: I stopped at this establishment for a drink with my brother-in-law and my little dog, who was spontaneously offered a small bowl of water. I also had a very friendly chat with the owner, and I promised to come back very soon to try the traditional cuisine at this restaurant. A must-try, as the atmosphere is so welcoming! 🥰
