19/01/2026: I regularly order from this McDonald's. You often forget items in orders. The most recent example: Nuggets and the toy were missing from my Happy Meal. Please be more careful 🙏

15/01/2026: It's December 23rd. I ordered at the kiosk; there were barely 10 customers, and still nothing after half an hour, despite interacting with the staff after each delivery to other customers. My order simply vanished... They saw that I complained and took the time to prepare my order and double the quantities to compensate for the lost time... I still don't recommend it.

23/09/2024: Being a truck driver stuck on the weekend I was eating on a Saturday evening the all-you-can-eat formula and exceptional I was very surprised by the concept the waitresses are super friendly the welcome is excellent

08/11/2025: We ordered homemade lasagna and a calzone. The lasagna was anything but homemade; it looked like it had come straight from the freezer and was tasteless. The calzone was waterlogged with flavorless mushrooms, and the ham had a peculiar taste. In short, we won't be back.

18/08/2024: While going to chateau d Versailles, I was hungry. So I went to this place and the staff was super nice and helpful. Explained all vegetarian options calmly. I had falaffel wrap with barbeque and samurai sauce. It was 6/7 euros. Loved it. They have spicy sauce too. Definitely try. 😍

26/01/2026: I'd been hearing about this place for ages, so I finally tried it myself (takeout) and I wasn't disappointed! The dürüm was good, as were the meat and the white sauce. I even got some chili powder (I can't remember the Turkish name) which added a nice kick to the flavor.

21/01/2026: We didn't eat anything; it all went in the bin. I found a piece of bone in my kebab; the meat was poor quality. In any case, it was simply inedible given the taste and smell. I'm very disappointed.

02/11/2025: We are regular customers of Bistro Régent, we know very well how the service should be. However, we decided as usual to have lunch there and invited our friends to come with us, we called and wanted to reserve a table for 16. The person on the phone said you're welcome to come whenever you want, there's plenty of place. When we arrived, the staff were surprised that we were 16 and sighed even though we called less than 15 minutes ago, made us wait for 10 minutes just to prepare a table upstairs. To my surprise the whole first floor was literally empty, yet the waitress decided to put us on 2 seperate tables ( I don't even know why). We then moved the tables to be able to sir together. The food was ok, we only had 2 bowls of salad (for 16 people), when we told them it was not enough for all of us, they brought 2 more bowls and made us pay for them. In all my life I haven't seen restaurant staff and management this unprofessional. The total of our table was 300€, yet they couldn't even put enough salad on the table (which by the way is only made of lettuce !!) Very unprofessional, very very bad experience, If you can't keep up with the name of Bistro Régent, just sell the Franchise and don't ruin this great restaurant.
