The staff is proud to represent the Médoc region in an elegant setting that restores the town's former glory. The restaurant offers an eclectic menu while maintaining a focus on local specialties. Finally, châteaux are no longer the only ones offering accommodation and tours that are often overly focused. The room rates are reasonable and the services are of high quality. A "great find" in Pauillac!

13/05/2026: I'm satisfied. The ingredients are fresh, the welcome is warm, the atmosphere pleasant, and the environment clean. However, the manager should also hire another employee because this gentleman's workload is far too heavy: cooking, serving, taking payments, washing dishes, etc. It's truly impossible for one person and can lead to late service or oversights. Otherwise, I'm satisfied. I just don't like seeing people working so hard and suffering.

11/08/2026: Hello, I've been a customer for several years now, but today I'm really disappointed. The pastry is too thick and the filling is almost nonexistent. It's a real shame; things have changed a lot, and not for the better.

31/07/2026: Cheap, and it's easy to see why: it's the worst pizza I've ever tasted. The dough is awful, the ridiculously oversized, cheap toppings don't even salvage the situation, and they don't even adhere to a proper pizza recipe. This is a "Queen" pizza: watery tomato sauce, whole slices of ham, grated cheese that isn't mozzarella, and three olives for show. In short, you wouldn't even serve this in a hospital cafeteria.

19/07/2026: The service at Le Vesuve restaurant is absolutely exceptional; you immediately feel at home. The servers are very discreet and attentive, allowing you to enjoy your meal in complete peace and without any pressure.

10/11/2025: This restaurant is located right in front of the Bordeaux Opera. There are seats with umbrellas, but it's cold at this time of year so we stayed indoors. The octopus and sea bass dishes were impressive and delicious. The egg dish with ceps sauce and the smoked salmon were also very tasty.

09/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! From beginning to end... the woman was extremely unpleasant! At 1 p.m., no one arrived, yet we waited 30 minutes for two complete meals, which we didn't even eat because they were so bad! I repeat, avoid at all costs!

24/06/2026: A very welcoming establishment; the owners are pleasant, smiling, and warm. The meals are well-balanced, made with quality ingredients, very tasty, and very reasonably priced. There are several vegetarian options, and the menu is varied. I highly recommend it.

31/07/2026: We came, we tried it, it's adequate but nothing special. It's worth noting that the establishment only accepts cash payments, unlike the restaurants nearby, and that always annoys me.

10/06/2026: It's a lovely little shop with friendly staff, and they even offer tea and herbal infusion tastings to sample the flavors and tastes, and to get a feel for their products. It's well-located, you can't miss it, and the aromas waft inside. They also sell tea and herbal infusion diffusers, as well as various water bottles to keep your infusion hot or cold.

14/05/2026: I went to the store and was greeted by an unprofessional salesperson who was quick to judge his customers. He even made a condescending remark about the price of a product in front of other customers. A very unpleasant experience.

05/08/2026: I came with friends and we were not disappointed!! The pizzas were excellent and the carbonara recipe was authentically Italian, the welcome was also warm, I recommend it.

04/08/2026: Very welcoming, kind, quick, and efficient. However, the pizza was awful, not worth repeating. It was full of flour. The "Canzone" was a classic pizza with an egg, and they flipped it over, didn't even seal it, so it didn't rise. My wife ordered a cheese pizza. It had no flavor, and I wasn't interested. In short, I would have preferred a frozen pizza or even Domino's Pizza. They managed to make me regret not eating McDonald's, even though I don't like it, and to top it all off, I have a stomach ache. Avoid this place!
