12/09/2026: I strongly advise against this McDonald's; food poisoning guaranteed, the fish is absolutely rotten.

09/09/2026: I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Today, at 4 PM, my sister and I were craving ice cream. We went in, it wasn't very busy, and we ordered and wanted to pay at the counter, but there was absolutely NO ONE there! Staff members saw us, looked at us, but no one bothered to acknowledge our payment for several minutes. We weren't in a hurry, so it didn't bother us, but what happened next was the real problem. We paid, sat down, and waited for our order, smiling as always. A man arrived with our order, we thanked him, and then he practically threw our ice creams at us, slamming them against the table and saying, "It's for me!" in a completely unpleasant manner! We felt attacked and like we were bothering him. The atmosphere was tense and heavy. To top it all off, half my order was already taken. I ordered a McFlurry with M&Ms and extra caramel, but it wasn't there. I went back to the counter, and luckily, this time I was served by someone much nicer who seemed sorry for the mistake and filled my ice cream with caramel (thank you!). Anyway, it had been years since I'd been to this McDonald's, and I won't be going back anytime soon...

30/09/2026: We were so happy to discover Folies Palmer, which is taking over from Ze Rock! We were very pleasantly surprised by the novelty of the place and its artistic direction. You can really feel the desire to create a true meeting place, a bit like in a village, and it's great to have this kind of place here. We just came for a quick coffee, but we'll definitely be back! 😊

27/03/2026: Ideally located on the quays of Pauillac. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff is proud to represent the Médoc region in an elegant setting that restores the town's former glory. The restaurant offers an eclectic menu while maintaining a focus on local specialties. Finally, châteaux are no longer the only ones offering accommodation and tours that are often overly focused. The room rates are reasonable and the services are of high quality. A "great find" in Pauillac!

20/06/2026: I was lucky enough to discover this little gem of an urban restaurant in Bordeaux! The welcome is warm and the servers are incredibly attentive, the atmosphere is modern and relaxed, perfect for an evening with friends. The value for money is more than excellent, a real favorite!

05/09/2026: A super fresh selection of fish. The prices were also perfectly reasonable. There were also small, deep-fried pieces of fillet for the kids.

15/08/2026: I found this restaurant thanks to a Groupon deal, but frankly, even though the waiter seemed nice, there's a lot of room for improvement regarding hygiene. The tables had dirty, wrinkled, or dusty tablecloths. The walls were dirty. They give you the menu, but when you ask for something, it's not there. The restrooms are right next to the kitchen with a filthy door that's hard to close. The dish consisted of four small pieces of meat swimming in sauce. They were very busy ordering takeout, which lengthened the wait for service. I won't be going back. Anyway. Photos attached.

10/08/2026: Hello We had lunch at this restaurant yesterday. I recommend it 200/100! The food was top-notch with lots of flavor. The staff was very pleasant and smiling. We will definitely be back. We wish them continued success. A place worth remembering.

29/07/2026: A good restaurant that deserves two stars despite the higher price point. The six-course vegetarian menu (€225) with fish is varied. The presentation of the artichoke (reconstructed) is a masterpiece and very good. The dishes are flavorful and beautifully presented, no complaints there. However, the wine pairing seems excessive for the price (€165) with four wines: a Krug champagne (very good), a decent white Anjou wine (but it's a Loire wine), the same for the Bordeaux white from a neighboring estate, and finally a red from the Laffitte estate, the Haut de Smith, which is acceptable. But at that price, a small glass (given the small size of the glass!) of the Haut Laffitte Grand Cru would have elevated the quality of these four wines. When signing the list of aperitifs, pairings, and wines not included on the bill, I noticed that I was being charged for water and coffee that were included in the stay! This somewhat spoiled the meal; a discussion among the staff seems necessary to avoid this inconvenience. The service was adequate, provided by very young but efficient staff. The table cleaning, done only once, needs improvement.

25/09/2026: I arrived at the beginning of the lunch service and ordered a Daim Caramel McFlurry. Unfortunately, the ice cream was truly disappointing, both visually and in taste. It had a very unusual color and texture, much closer to a popsicle than a normal McFlurry. I went back to the staff to point out the problem. They simply told me it was "perfectly normal." They didn't even offer to remake the ice cream or replace it, which I found particularly disappointing. I regularly order this item at McDonald's, and I've never had ice cream with this color, texture, and taste. As someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, I am extremely disappointed by the staff's behavior and especially by the way my comment was handled. A little more listening and consideration for the customer would have been appreciated.

25/08/2026: A true neighborhood bakery! The shop has been renovated, and the bread selection is excellent. The lunchtime sandwiches are generous. The service is warm and friendly.

13/09/2026: The meal was delicious (pig puma), we thoroughly enjoyed it; it was very flavorful and satisfying. The service was very warm and punctual. Thank you to the waitress who took care of us. Highly recommended.

19/09/2026: We decided to go to this café, which seemed very charming and welcoming. As soon as we walked in, the waiter didn't greet us and curtly told us to sit down. After 15 minutes, we still hadn't been given a menu, while other customers who arrived after us were. When a woman approached the counter, the waiter told her sharply that he'd rather she sit down than be in his way. We didn't even feel like ordering; we preferred a more welcoming place elsewhere.

17/09/2026: Discovered this café with its cozy atmosphere. The coffee was delicious, and so were the pastries. We'll be back.

11/09/2026: It was very good! The best pizzas I've had in a long time. It's a shame they weren't hot enough when I picked them up, and they were cold by the time we got to the worksite where we had nothing to heat them up. But I'll definitely be back.
