08/12/2024: Décevant Le cadre est sympa, chaleureux. Les serveurs ne sont pas particulièrement agréables. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rendez vous. Une raclette en quantité certes mais sans goût, charcuterie pas à tomber et pareil pour les pommes de terre. Comme par hasard, les vins les moins chers n’étaient plus en stock. Des écriteaux sur les murs un peu déplacés. Ils font des économies sur tout pour un prix élevé. Je ne reviendrai pas.

04/12/2024: Je suis pas connaisseur mais j’ai voulu tester la fondue savoyarde avec de la viande de grison en complément. J’ai adoré. Les quantites sont bien pas trop juste ce qu’il faut. Pain de qualité. Prix 32 euros c’est raisonnable. Salle rustique style chalet de montagne , par contre manque de chauffage. Service efficace un mercredi midi. Ambiance calme trop calme.

22/07/2024: L'endroit est jolie. Les plats sont de très bonne qualités ( frites maison , nuggets maison) . En revanche les quantités sont légers et le prix trop.cher selon nous. Beaucoup attentes pour les desserts qui n'ont pas été servit tous au même moments.. Accueil est moyenne.

06/09/2024: Simply divine!!! Very close to the hotel. A delicious gastronomic experience!! I chose the suggested menu with salad and jamon and a main course with octopus and potatoes. Delicious dessert. It is worth remembering that it is not open on Saturdays and Sundays.

26/08/2024: Le cadre est très agréable. Nous avons dîner en terrasse, les tables étaient très serrées, nous dînions quasiment avec nos voisins. Le service était vraiment très long. Les plats étaient bien assaisonnés mais les poissons et le risotto manquaient de cuisson, c’étaient vraiment dommage. Ne parlons même pas du serveur qui a limite lancé les couverts sur la table. Nous avons été très surpris.

18/08/2024: belle terrasse endroit au calme confortable , belle vaisselle, endroit un peu cher , assiette copieuse , courte carte des vins , service qui est lent et pas des plus chaleureux une expérience en demi teinte

16/09/2024: Perfect ! As much in the quality of the products and the execution in the kitchen as for the service, everyone is adorable. Italian white wine is also a great discovery! It makes me want to go to the bread-making part :). Thanks ^^

22/09/2024: A dear friend of mine had highly recommended Le Bar à Vin. We attempted to go there twice. The first time, we thought they were closed because the corner looked like an entrance, and it was closed. I'd say that I'm not too with it, but the second time we went, the same thing happened to someone else. They really should have a sign pointing to the entrance, which is pretty nondescript. So, we finally make it in and there are two people ahead of us and the venue is not full. It took us over 40 minutes to get seated, by then, the line just continued to grow. There were only two ladies waiting on the entire venue. There was a lady at a counter for shipping wine orders and another man, maybe the manager, walking around from time to time. Without a doubt, they were understaffed, but honestly, if no one is buying or shipping wine and you're the manager, pitch in!! Our waitress was nice enough and shocked when we only stayed for one tasting. Clearly, it's a place where people go to linger, but it definitely, at least that day, is unable to accommodate its clientele. A bid disappointment especially since there are many other such venues to relax and enjoy in Bordeaux!

16/09/2024: We had high hopes for this cheese and wine tasting, especially after queuing for 20 minutes just to get in. The wait gave the impression we were in for something special, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. The main seating area looks charming enough, but we were led to what can only be described as a drab, old-school canteen setup. The chairs were incredibly uncomfortable, making it hard to settle in for what should have been a relaxing experience. Things went from bad to worse when we ordered. We were told they had run out of every cheese except goat’s cheese—which was ridiculous, given it was only 6:30pm and, more importantly, we were in France, the home of great cheese! How can a place hosting cheese tastings run out of cheese so early in the evening? To make matters worse, the wine menu didn’t offer any guidance on pairings. While our waitress was friendly and tried her best, it wasn’t enough to salvage the experience. The whole thing felt underwhelming and far from what we’d expected. To top it off, they served nutty bread without checking for allergies, which seemed careless, especially in this day and age. Overall, this tasting was absolutely not worth the visit. Save your time and money for somewhere more deserving.

11/08/2024: A Friday evening for 6 people we ate very well and we will come back the pizzas are excellent as well as the dishes as well

02/08/2024: We have come to eat twice and everything is excellent. As well as homemade pasta, pizzas or delicious meats. the boss and the waitress very helpful, friendly and smiling, attentive. Gives good advice to visit for the holidays. Thanks to them. I recommend this restaurant. Couple from Lorraine (54)
