31/08/2024: This Buffalo Grill is franchised so the Buffalo Grill loyalty card does not work. We called in the manager (student) who apologized because she has complaints from customers several times a day and she can't do anything. She also told us that Google reviews are useless because it's a Bot that responds and she's right. At the reception level, we arrive and we already have you read a table with everything that will not be possible to drink or eat because stocks have been out of stock for several days or weeks. If you accept, then we give you a table. The staff is smiling but not from the restaurant industry, they do what they can. Very quickly we notice the lack of professionalism because kindness is not enough. At the restaurant level, it is dirty. The toilets have been out of service for several days. We can see traces of dust on the screens which separate the different tables. In terms of crockery, it is low-end, we have low glasses like in school canteens in the 80s where you could see numbers at the bottom. I ordered an ice cream sundae for dessert and there isn't even a specific sundae. I was served my cup in the same low glass from which I drank. There is no wine glass, for example. In terms of service, the student waiter was very nice but not catering. He forgot the welcome salad, he didn't add the water, there was a pepper shaker but no salt shaker. We didn't have any bread for the entire dinner because they don't start the batch of bread if there aren't enough customers. In terms of food, we had a tartare. It was good, but we were not asked if we wanted to prepare it ourselves or not. The fries were frozen. Fortunately it is located in an area with many low-end hotels for people passing through to still remain open or maintain their status. In fact, the locals are fooled once and by word of mouth, they don't come back at all. We do not recommend this Buffalo Grill because it is unprofessional, unreliable and clean.

30/08/2024: Well the BUFFALO brand has fallen very low, I will explain my adventure to you. So to welcome you we show you a large slate of all the products that are not available, ranging from certain drinks to certain foods and sauces. The welcome salad is not offered when you ask the waiter he offers it to you but your dish is served and finally to complete the series when you ask for bread well we tell you that they have no longer launched batch so no bread....... And the highlight of the show, the great deception, I went to the BUFFALO in Merignac where we were sold all the advantages of downloading the QR Code and this can benefit from some advantages in all BUFFALO restaurants, at least that's what we tells you but the sad truth is that it does not work everywhere by telling us a funny story with franchised brands. In short, I strongly advise you not to use this application because it will not work everywhere. Finally, a lot of smoke and mirrors for not much. It's terribly disappointing to have fallen so low. Good luck to all those who come looking for a pleasant time.

20/01/2025: The staff is friendly and efficient The dishes are plentiful (almost too much for the children's menu ☺️). For my mother and my husband, catch of the day, for my nephew children's menu, for me, tartare.

03/09/2024: One of the very few restaurants where you get something for your money. The service is friendly and special requests are fulfilled. Only when it's full do the employees seem overwhelmed, but that's the case elsewhere too. Unfortunately it is often unbearably loud in the restaurant so we always try to sit outside.

23/09/2024: Being a truck driver stuck on the weekend I was eating on a Saturday evening the all-you-can-eat formula and exceptional I was very surprised by the concept the waitresses are super friendly the welcome is excellent

27/06/2024: A breathtaking atmosphere! I like to have my meals with my friends at RU LE MASCARET. The staff is pleasant and always smiling! The dishes are often correct and the vegetarian options varied. So cool. However the pepper is not very peppery, maybe think about changing supplier 🤷🏼‍♀️ Overall I am satisfied with my meals (hard to give a single opinion for 7 years of meals in the UK) My friends agree with me.

09/09/2024: Pour la 1ere fois avec une amie à déjeuner on a trouvé ça pas mal. J y suis retourné le même jour avec un ami c était totalement différent le vin le 1er prix sans aucun goût, encore un grand saladier de frites allumettes congelees surement , ,pas d autres légumes, pas de plat à la carte, toujours les mêmes menus depuis 2017, C est dommage la viande est tendre, la sauce est très bonne, la salade bien assaisonnée, et les desserts très bons. Des frites maison même avec la peau c est facile à faire arrêtez le surgelé dans les restaurants.peut mieux faire
