25/01/2026: A truly exceptional gastronomic experience. The exterior decor is inviting, the interior makes you want to stay, and the menus (Stars of Alsace for both young and seniors, in our case) make you want to return. Thank you for this delicious lunch. At least one new flavor discovery per course, and what can I say about the endless succession of desserts, or the cheese board? The service is pleasant, open to conversation, and warm. Thank you, and see you soon.

Delicious cuisine featuring aromatic herbs from the garden (and along the Rhine), vegetables taking center stage in the dessert, quality local produce, perfectly balanced seasonings – we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in a sophisticated yet unpretentious setting. We'll be back!

25/01/2026: Family lunch. Lovely place, quality food and efficient service

10/01/2026: We booked a table and arrived an hour early as we were in the area. We received a very warm welcome from the waitresses and the owner, who were lovely and smiling. They quickly offered us a table. The duck breast was excellent, and the vegetables were fantastic! The pierrade meat was superb! The cinnamon and clementine ice cream with whipped cream was incredibly good! Everything was homemade. The setting is magnificent! Absolutely perfect! Thank you for your kindness and impeccable service!

26/01/2026: We came to Côté Lac restaurant on Saturday, January 24th to celebrate our son's 20th birthday, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we made the reservation by phone, the welcome was very pleasant and professional. Once there, the welcome, the service, and of course the food were excellent from start to finish. A truly wonderful experience in a lovely setting, with an attentive team and high-quality cuisine. A big thank you to the entire team for helping to make this evening such a success. We will definitely be back!

20/01/2026: The food is nicely tasted and very well decorated. The fish was done just in the right timing with the perfect taste. The wine paired with the meal is adequate. We like the modern interior of the restaurant and the service is friendly yet professional. It’s worthy of visiting again!

21/12/2025: We were familiar with the pastry shop, but we discovered the restaurant. To reach the restaurant, you walk through the shop, which is already a very enticing adventure in itself, making you want to linger. The entire staff gave us a very warm welcome, and we truly enjoyed the meal from beginning to end. How can I put it? It was simply excellent, with real pastries for dessert—I mean homemade, very delicate, made with real dough and therefore not based primarily on emulsified creams like Bavarian cream! Thank you so much! We will be back and highly recommend it. PS: The mille-feuille...unique...try it there; it's a true work of art.

16/02/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant with its typical decor and atmosphere. Excellent sauerkraut and good wine. The service was friendly and welcoming.

14/02/2026: We received a very warm welcome, arriving at 1 p.m. on a Friday without a reservation, as a group of four. They offered us a table at 1:15 p.m., which was perfect for us. The lunch menu was generous, and we all thoroughly enjoyed both the starters (open-faced sandwiches, quiche, vegetable soup) and the main courses (the sauerkraut was delicious, and the pork loin and veal cordon bleu were also very much appreciated). A truly excellent place, but booking in advance is highly recommended: it gets very busy during the week at lunchtime! Kudos to the whole team and thank you for your hospitality, the warm atmosphere, and the change of scenery!

27/01/2026: The dishes are as delicious as ever, and the presentation is impeccable. You can tell the chef has poured all their passion and energy into creating them. The service is equally impressive, friendly and efficient. Even though the menu is small, everyone found something they liked. We're really looking forward to coming back.

02/02/2026: Restaurant in Schiltigheim. Lovely outdoor terrace. Very friendly waitress. Varied menu, but predominantly Alsatian. Excellent tarte flambée. Dame Blanche (Alsatian dessert) too. Reasonable prices. Pleasant place. Second visit in January 2026. The service is still just as friendly, as is the setting. We opted for the pizzas (2 pizzas for €20). They were classic, no-frills, and good. It cost us €20 including an aperitif, pizza, a glass of wine, and a cappuccino. What more could you ask for? A good address in Schiltigheim, one of the few in this neighborhood that still serves traditional cuisine.

30/01/2026: There are moments in life when you make wonderful and friendly acquaintances. I must say that our visit to Wissembourg was superb: for the charming town itself, for the time my wife and I spent there, and also for the warm welcome from Anne and Nicolas, with whom we stayed and dined. Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the comfort, and an absolutely superb meal. They are such pleasant and genuine people, and we will certainly return to see them if we are ever in the area again. Thank you both; you truly brightened our stay.

28/01/2026: A truly fantastic restaurant! The decor and atmosphere are excellent; you immediately feel at ease. We love coming here for lunch because there's a wide variety of choices and everything is always delicious. In the summer, it's especially pleasant to have lunch in the garden—a real haven of peace and quiet. The food is excellent, and the whole team is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

06/02/2026: The food was excellent. The service was efficient, but the noise in the adjoining room was unbearable for a birthday celebration. It's a shame, because the table setting was perfectly worthy of a good restaurant... the noisy atmosphere prevented us from having a proper conversation at our table.
