28/12/2024: Customer for several years at Bella pizza (and very good customer in fact because the notes are salty) we were satisfied with the quality of the pizzas!!!!! Except for a while now with each delivery the pizzas are dry on the 6 white pizzas that we order there is always a red one without counting the cooking which is perfectly cooked each time!!!!!! So this time I got fed up and so I called them I explain to the young man who takes calls (THE ORDER TAKING) that when I called him to place my order I insisted 3 times that all the pizzas are white and not overcooked. I explain to him that if I insist heavily on this because often upon delivery none of my requests are respected Here is my order for tonight -2 white carnivores 1 white royal 1 white supreme 1. 4 white cheese ALL NOT TOO COOKED He tells me that they will do their best A response like that already scares me!!! I justify myself by explaining to him again that this has happened 8 times and each time I tell them it doesn't matter I know what the rush of a service knows I have been a chef for 26 years now The best answer he gives me with a slightly personable air is: It's normal Mr because you told me a white royal and in our country the white royal is called a queen and I should have told her a queen rather than a white royal 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 WILL HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO ME I answer him that in my opinion it will be necessary to employ competent personnel on the one hand in front of the oven I wonder if for him the phrase NOT TOO COOKED is the step just before charred?!?!?! While sometimes the pizzas are delicious, cooked perfectly, with just the right filling and not dry because the cooking is perfect. I often said to myself that evening it must have been the boss in the kitchen since the pizzas are perfect or else an employee who is really conscientious in his work and waiting for the customer. Yes, I say CUSTOMER EXPECTATION It's the B to BA of catering and not only that, it concerns all trades. So ladies and gentlemen bosses after having built such a beautiful empire and giving such a good reputation to your pizzas, don't ruin everything because you have incompetent staff. It seems to me that in this case two solutions are available to you: either you spend a little more time in your pizzeria and then things will go very well or you fire the incompetent staff, so what I mean is broom and you double meaning r the salary to the good pizza maker because he richly deserves it and it is perhaps thanks to him that you will have customers who will return. So I know what you are going to answer me that you have complete trust between your teams your delivery people OK.......... I myself have always defended my teams even if they were wrong by against behind the scenes I pulled their ears and you should do the same PS: dear Istrian friends, you who are a customer of Bella pizza or who will become one, I advise you when you want a white royal to tell them a queen because otherwise the white Royal will give you a white royal on a tomato base

03/12/2024: I ordered an Armenian pizza, no connection, it doesn't follow the real recipe. The meatballs are not 100% beef. Short Armenian grated cheese to avoid. Real recipe for minced meat or 100% beef grene without shredding

21/08/2024: Very tasty food at a good price! Friendly staff, cozy interior. A wide selection of French and Italian dishes :)

16/08/2024: Fantastic find hidden away near Notre Dame. Absolutely amazing food, service, and great music playlist. Catered for whatever our grandchild wanted.

18/09/2024: Remarquable par l'accueil, j'étais seul avec mon chien car madame était à un concert au parc des oiseaux et j'ai eu sourires et paroles de bienvenue ainsi qu'une gamelle d'eau pour mon animal. A peine installé, appel téléphonique de madame concert annulé à cause de la pluie. Je demande si on peut me garder la table le temps de faire chauffeur. OK. En revenant la salle était bondée mais ma table nous attendait. Remarquable par le rapport qualité/quantité/prix. C'est bon, très copieux pour un tarif très contenu. En conclusion remarquable et très recommandable.

13/09/2024: Nicht nur sehr leckeres Essen, sondern auch ein sehr netter Kellner und toller Service. Wir haben uns eine Vorspeise geteilt und dafür zwei extra Teller mit Salatgsrnitur erhalten. Preis / Leistung einwandfrei! Sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant

06/08/2024: Roh la la, arrêtez-vous ici, c'est divin ! C'est presque une torture quand le plat est fini. :) Service très agréable. Merci pour ce moment.

12/07/2024: Au bout de 17 minutes et 66 secondes, la serveuse, une petite blonde a enfin montrée le bout de son nez en terrasse pour prendre notre commande. Beaucoup de plat en rupture, très peu de choix restant. Les plats restant à la dégustation étaient fades et sans saveur, on a compris pourquoi personne ne les avaient sélectionnés. Un tour à l'épicerie du restaurant a fini de nous convaincre que cet établissement n'était pas du tout à la hauteur de la qualité/prix, trop cher pour ce que c'est. Nous ne conseillons pas du tout, perde de temps et d'argent.

18/07/2024: Très bon restaurant avec une terrasse très sympa. Nous avons pris des pizzas copieuses et très bonnes Service très sympathique Grand plus : un grand parking facile d'accès Je recommande !

04/04/2024: Je comprends pas les avis !!!! En tout cas les pizza laisse tomber !! C est des Pizza enfants pas adultes !!! Lol !! 14 € la pizza !! Il faut vraiment pas avoir le choix pour y aller !! pas le choix fermé ailleurs !!!

19/09/2024: I discovered Francesco Pizza today and I'm really happy with the experience. The service was warm and fast, and the atmosphere was friendly, perfect for a good time with friends or family. The pizza was delicious, with a thin and crispy crust just like I like it, and fresh and tasty ingredients. Special mention for the Capriciosa pizza, a real treat! It is definitely an address that I recommend and where I would return with pleasure

12/08/2024: Très bel endroit pour passer un moment en famille. Cadre extérieur agréable. Nourriture exceptionnelle, j'ai vraiment apprécié l'entrée de fruit de mer frit. un grand merci à la petite serveuse qui nous a bien servi et nous a touché par sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Merci à la patronne également. Nourriture fraîche et saine. 😍😍

16/01/2025: Boss not a trader. Waiting much too long for pizzas, we were never served after 45 minutes. Not even a commercial gesture.
