14/10/2023: Both pizzas had burnt dough (it's a very bad dough anyway...), sir, there's no harm in buying canned tomato sauce but you have to rework it and reduce it again etc... your sauce is acidic and full of float, seasoned the meat ache sir you don't just put raw meat on the pizza...and I know what I'm talking about I'm a cook...and pizza dough knows me I made it for more than a year and yours I am convinced it is industrial...
