27/09/2024: It’s a bakery that I love, everything is very good at a reasonable price but this afternoon I was very disappointed. I had a chorizo ​​pizza and there was a long hair in the tomato sauce that went all the way across the slice of pizza. And usually when we don't take a bottle of water we always have a small glass of water with it, but this afternoon I didn't take one and I didn't have a glass of water I so I had to deprive myself of drinking… I hope there will be an improvement.

18/11/2024: Cela a mal commencé, 5 minutes de retard, montre en mains et nous avons été accueilli comme des chiens dans un jeu de quille : «  si d autres clients arrivaient je leur aurais donné la table » ça commençait bien ! J avoue que la façon de faire du serveur est plus que douteuse, et il y a la manière de le dire ! Heureusement que les plats sont très bons et que le vin est à la hauteur , cela rattrape la chose…. Pour les sanitaires une mauvaise note, ils sont limités et dans leur jus avec une corbeille à papier déjà pleine à 12h30 …. J avoue ne pas savoir si on peut le conseiller ou pas …..

09/11/2024: Plats de poissons copieux et savoureux, peu de couverts, restaurant typique cuisine basque et espagnole avec tables rapprochées dans espace restreint, le patron est jovial et commerçant principes ,c’est une très bonne adresse mais si vous voulez une paella il faut la commander 24 h à l’avance ! Éviter le vin au verre de base

27/12/2024: Our favourite restaurant in downtown Pau. Food is always well prepared and delicious. A wonderful example of how vegan doesn’t mean boring or bland. Flavours and textures always well planned to make lunch an event.

26/12/2024: Great vegetarian restaurant in the heart of Pau. The service is very pleasant and the dishes served quickly! The burger of the moment with its vegetable patty was simple and effective. Homemade mayonnaise very good. The baked potatoes were a real treat. It’s good, it’s plentiful. Great proof that you can enjoy 100% vegetarian food!

29/11/2025: We arrived one very cold evening to have a drink and tapas with our 6-month-old baby. The first waiter told us to check if a table was available, then left us waiting outside... looking at us but never returning. The second waiter did the same thing: he went to check, never came back, just looked at us from a distance. Shame on this restaurant! The least they could do is tell people they no longer have a table available, sorry, goodbye! Apparently, politeness hasn't been learned by everyone. What a lovely experience.

I have already passed through the door of this establishment a few times, the boss in the kitchen and his wife in the dining room will offer you exceptional cuisine, a quality of products both in fish and meat you will not be disappointed in addition to the know-how of the boss. A wine list with wine growers. Small importance for me tablecloth and cloth napkins, I will let you discover this establishment....

My entrecote ordered very blue was barely rare and was more akin to the low rib which was also on the menu of the day In the end, very poor quality/price ratio 1 garbure, 1 fish 1 dessert €32 1 toast, 1 steak 1 dessert 32 I told the person who cashed it for me and his surprising response was that you chose. 14/10/2024: Un excellent restaurant à Biarritz ! Cuisine raffinée avec des ingrédients locaux, service impeccable et ambiance chaleureuse. La moqueca est un incontournable. À ne pas manquer !
