23/04/2026: A fantastic restaurant that a friend introduced me to, located a 5-minute walk from the famous Place du Bayaà, and about a minute from the Grand Casino and its 300-space parking lot. Just so you know, it's advisable to make a reservation. The food was excellent, and I rediscovered flavors I'd forgotten, reminiscent of my grandmother's cooking. She was a professional cook who used to prepare delicious meals for me. Even with the restaurant and terrace packed, the waitress kept everything under control, maintaining a smile and a cheerful disposition. I have very fond memories of my visit to this restaurant near the Salies-de-Béarn train station. See you soon! 😊

03/04/2026: Excellent pizzas, limited cheese options, but only quality ingredients, a nice thin crust, and generous toppings. In short, go without hesitation. Plus, the pizza makers are very friendly and extremely professional, and the wait time is ridiculously short.

24/05/2026: A very pleasant and convivial experience thanks to the smiling waiter, enjoying excellent food. The meats were cooked to perfection. The lamb shank was trimmed of fat, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, as were the other meats. The vegetables were firm, with good, traditional flavors. Note that I didn't see any parasols on the lovely, car-free terrace. This restaurant has a moderate capacity but is quiet and very friendly, with no music 😅. The price is reasonable. Reservations are recommended.

14/05/2026: We had lunch at this typically oriental restaurant today; it was delicious and the decor was lovely. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. It's a shame the chairs were a little too high for the table, as it caused some back pain. The food was excellent, from the appetizers to the main course and desserts. I highly recommend it.

29/04/2026: We were still quite a bit away when their little dog ran out to give us a warm welcome. The place is super cozy and cute, with such a great vibe, and the owner is incredibly friendly, they really made us feel at home. It was honestly a standout experience. ​Everything we ordered was spot on. The rice was perfectly fluffy with just the right bite; even as an Asian, I have to say it was impeccable. The sauces were rich and packed with flavor, you can really taste the depth in every bite. And the brownie? Easily the best I’ve ever had. ​I can’t recommend this place enough!

Passing through Biarritz, we decided to try the Bayou cuisine... and what a success! :) The dishes were all delicious, the staff very friendly, and the Cajun sauce was simply incredible. Well done to the whole team! I hope to come back someday to try the shrimp Po'boy.

02/04/2026: I had dinner there last night. The service was rushed and unpleasant. The woman who served me and took my payment was rude and couldn't care less about the customers. You're eating your appetizer and they want to bring you your kebab... so they leave it on the grill and serve it cold 10 minutes later... but they ask if everything was alright... It's better to change professions if you can't stand customer service.
