21/05/2026: Chez Chilo succeeds mainly in demonstrating that a high price can perfectly coexist with a very ordinary experience. Between a dark dining room, soulless decor, and a welcome that feels intrusive, the setting unfortunately does nothing to redeem it. The dishes themselves remain desperately mediocre considering the prices charged: little flavor, little originality, and above all, no justification for the advertised price. You leave with the impression of having paid the bill at a fine restaurant for an experience that never rises above the level of a run-of-the-mill brasserie.

05/06/2026: The construction trades know this place well and come to this friendly restaurant to refuel for the afternoon. You feel right at home in the welcoming, family atmosphere where people chat cheerfully with one another. The service is quick and efficient. The menu is generous and reasonably priced for fresh, carefully selected, and well-prepared ingredients. The daily special when we had lunch there was an excellent brandade de morue (salt cod purée). You can go there expecting a hearty meal at a very reasonable price.

24/07/2026: After many visits to L’Entrecôte, I wanted to highlight the professionalism and dynamism of the waitresses, and especially that of Lilou! Very kind, smiling and very professional.

14/08/2026: It's a neighborhood restaurant with a terrace. We sat on the terrace, which was quiet and pleasant. The pizza has a thin crust and is very tasty. The Margherita isn't the traditional version, but it's still delicious. The tomato base is excellent.

25/08/2026: Several experiences at different times of the day. Coffee in the morning. Lunch at midday. After-work drinks in the evening. Lovely waiter. Simple and delicious food at a reasonable price. Warm atmosphere, a place where locals of all ages seem to enjoy meeting up. I recommend it.

The service, the welcome, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Our only regret is not being from the area so we can come more often.

05/05/2026: The hotel is beautifully situated with well kept gardens and a great view of the mountains. Very quiet. The staff team were warm, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was very good and there was great cooking at dinner.

26/08/2026: A big thank you for your warm welcome. The manager is a seasoned traveler who knows his ingredients perfectly and knows how to prepare them to create delicious dishes. The young woman who served us was also smiling and very friendly. We went there twice during a short stay in this beautiful region.

22/08/2026: The decor is nice, having lived in Texas and Mexico I can say that it's not far from the experience you might have there, even though the tortillas aren't made with corn, but anyway I find wheat much better...!

23/08/2026: My partner and I came two nights in a row to have a drink and play a few games. The first night was very good, with a very competent waitress. She overheard us talking about rugby and immediately went to change the TV channel to rugby and served us Rose des Glaces cocktails, which I thoroughly enjoyed for their flavor and refreshing taste, thanks to the abundance of crushed ice. The waitress was impeccable and highly competent. The second evening, Saturday, August 22nd, it wasn't the same waitress, who was rather unpleasant. So I ordered the same cocktail as the night before, but with a different ratio: no crushed ice, just ice cubes, and definitely not too much. For the second order, I asked for the same cocktail again, but with crushed ice. She sighed at first, then complied, adding crushed ice, but again, not too much ice. The bartender was very economical with the ice cubes... Times are tough, but still... Oh yes, I forgot, three drinks maximum. You never know, it might boost the bar's profits for the evening, or we'd be heading for disaster... We still managed to play roulette as we wanted, despite two of the five or six screens being off... Phew, the bar next door was actually in the mood to work...
