Thanks to the maid for her service every day, nothing to say. (Thank you for putting a small tray in the rooms with a kettle for small coffee) Have a nice day

29/12/2023: Frankly disappointed, already no hello when we return it is up to the customer to come and meet the staff, I would like to point out something there were not many people at that time. Our order was taken before the room was invaded and a group of 10 also arrived. 30 minutes later the table of 10 served and not us. We are just told with a big smile "it's gone by the wayside" in short, not normal, I'm not at all satisfied my child, my partner and I wanted a snack break, you've just made us bored .

11/11/2024: Hard and chocolaty croissant which has halved its size, its quality but not its price, you don't care about the consumer's face, already that the customer service is disastrous (a hello limit half the time). With the quality of a supermarket you have no interest in buying here, an establishment to avoid because it has deteriorated so much.

29/09/2024: Excellent! We were tempted by the menu despite the empty terrace and what a good thing we did! It was delicious, the prices very reasonable, and the owner was super friendly. She was alone that evening and handled the cooking and service brilliantly. I highly recommend it!

19/08/2024: N y aller surtout pas , indigne du pays basque et de ses valeurs.Unlsandwich a 6 euros avec 2 saucisses dans un pauvre morceau de pain avec rien dedans,pizza surgelé rechauffé,paninis sans aucunes saveurs. C est une honte d avoir aussi peu de considération pour les personnes qui viennent découvrir cette magnifique région.Un service rempli d hypocrisie avec un patron qui se lève juste pour lever une. Barrière pour faire payer des gens 10 euros l entrée de son parking privé alors qu il y a assez de places pour pouvoir se garer a 2 pas. Vous êtes la honte du pays basque et de sa culture culinaire. Dans un snack on attend pas de la gastronomie on le sait mais la vous avez dépassé tous ce qui peut être envisageable en matière de mauvaises qualité . Ce commentaire est sincère et vrai ,cet établissement ne devrait plus exercer car il nuit tout simplement au bonheur que n' ous procure cette superbe ascension en haut de la rhune.

19/08/2024: Definitely don't go there, unworthy of the Basque country and its values. A sandwich for 6 euros with 2 sausages in a poor piece of bread with nothing in it, reheated frozen pizza, paninis without any flavor. It's a shame to have such little consideration for the people who come to discover this magnificent region. A service full of hypocrisy with a boss who gets up just to raise one. Barrier to make people pay 10 euros to enter their private car park even though there are enough places to park just a stone's throw away. You are the shame of the Basque country and its culinary culture. In a snack bar we don't expect gastronomy, we know that, but you have exceeded everything that could be envisaged in terms of poor quality. This comment is sincere and true, this establishment should no longer operate because it simply harms the happiness that this superb ascent to the top of the Rhune provides us.

06/08/2024: We couldn't dream of a better experience, an authentic meeting and evening with friends! Jacques the boss reserved his best table for us, we were alone in the restaurant but no worries for him, we were received like kings and were able to share a magnificent evening in a sublime setting. Don't miss out if you're in the area!
