This part concerns the adjoining Petit Suisse. The tapas are excellent as are the oysters.

17/08/2024: Very slow service by employees who we felt like they were bothering us. You have to ask for the same thing several times before you get it almost reluctantly. No problem seeing someone arrive when you have to pay the bill. Small consolation!

15/08/2024: As soon as you walk in there, the saleswoman makes you not want to buy... she talks to you like an animal... but what is this person doing behind a counter..!??? As for the Basque cake, well we were disappointed, very little cream and the next day it was even worse, didn't keep well.
Too bad all that because the place is very pretty, charming.
12/08/2024: Very disappointed, not by the quality of the products, but by the deplorable reception of a saleswoman, a priori responsible, in a hurry, disdainful and unpleasant! Not to mention the impossibility of being able to pay by card, unless you are at Crédit Agricole!
It's difficult to defend craftsmanship and be so dependent on a bank!

17/09/2024: 30 min wait to get our pizzas which were good, the service would benefit from being friendlier.
16/09/2024: The pizza was not bad, some of the waiters, specially the female one, was very kind, however, one of them, the one all dressed in black was absolutely miserable and patronising. He made me feel like a little girl. Actually, he reminded me of all those awful waiters in Paris! If you want a more friendly service, eat some elsewhere!!

The servers are adorable and always remain helpful and smiling even if they can sometimes be overwhelmed by work!
27/10/2024: If on the slate easel it says AT THE HAPPY HOUR BAR THE PINT OF GUINESS €5 and when you are served at the table it is €8 But when the online menu the pint of Guiness is €7 and not €8 as I paid!
That’s a big difference and the 3 different prices for the same pint of Guiness still smell like a calculated scam! And everyone accepts because these shameless unscrupulous traders take advantage of the fact that people no longer discuss these scams, because they come there to spend a moment with drinks where the family and no one wants to make a remark for fear of spoiling the evening for all !
And what’s more, €1 doesn’t seem like it but it’s money and €3 difference means 60% more for the same consumption!
You will appreciate seeing how “at the Bar” is written. Palois consumers should not let this happen! Even in Paris they respect people more

Service très long , nous sommes arrivés à 12h40 et reparti péniblement à 15h
Entrée quelconque
Thon trop cuit servi avec une purée qui baigne dans l huile
Un crumble qui est de la pomme chaude avec dessus du croustillant
Nous n avions pas terminé notre repas que déjà on s activait pour recharger les frigos qui sont dans la salle pour les eaux minérales
J ai failli me lever avant la fin du repas pour partir mais nous étions 3 couples
La veille le restaurant était réservé pour un mariage qui a du se finir tard expliquant peux être le peu d amabilité du personnel …
Vit manifestement sur sa réputation passée

The welcome, the kindness, the service, the starter, the main course, the dessert, nothing to say.
Thank you for this good time in this place in which we always feel good from year to year.

21/01/2025: It wasn't bad but the latest comments are true 😅 the staff is unmotivated and demotivating, we hear them say that there is no one in the streets so no customers but at the same time they are unpleasant and beware if you don't have a coffee or a deco at the end of the meal because they look at you badly and won't say goodbye. They make it appear that they don't have the rosé requested so that you take the most expensive one 😨😭Don't take the croque monsieur with truffle because there is no truffle. My friend shouldn't have told them to keep the change, the poor guy didn't realize but he also came out in a worse mood than when he arrived. We also came in the morning and the waitress seemed to be VERY INTERESTED in the person who paid the bill… it's quite understandable but here she seemed way too interested with a capital i it was embarrassing I wanted to laugh I really should have told my friend not to go back to your house in the evening
20/01/2025: Very nice restaurant. The dish was succulent, very good cooking!
However, the room seemed not very warm at this time of year.
The service was quick, without being sloppy. We will come back with pleasure!!

22/09/2024: We are told 1 hour for delivery, after having called them and stayed 10 minutes waiting because it was not delivered on time we are told 20 minutes more, 2 hours later finally the Pizza,
No respect for the customer. I don't recommend these people
