21/09/2024: J'avais envie de frites le 21 au soir.. surprise par le prix demandé :4€c'est excessif de plus elles étaient froides non croustillantes et le cornet fort peu rempli c'est inadmissible !!!

01/09/2024: A McDonald's like any other, with its faults... But this one has a particularity, from time to time they revisit the sandwiches, missing the salad, missing the sauce for example... And at the drive-thru, the classic: something might be missing...

24/11/2024: It has changed from the previous owner, the bread is no longer as good as before. Honestly it looks like old bread straight out of the freezer so much so that it was as hard as a rock.

20/10/2024: The “grand siècle” baguette was a killer at the time of the Soares house, the service always friendly and available to help us out, the new baker has visibly changed the flour and brought in new management. I'm less of a fan... so I'm heading to Les Halles now like my neighbors.

01/12/2024: Bad experience... a disappointment. The character who served us was clumsy in dealing with the sandwiches 🤢🤮. The interior of the place was neglected, just like the guy who served us. I don't understand how there are positive comments! A big piece of rubbish, a scam altogether. And if the owner likes this... I didn't throw the sandwich in your face so as not to make trouble for me.

31/10/2024: The inn is perfectly located at the start or end of the hike to the high rope bridge. There are plenty of benches, a coffee machine and entertainment from the chickens running around. The whole thing is rustic but nice. We didn't try the food but the time out after the hike was nice.

24/09/2024: My partner got takeaway, but her mistake was not to check. Indeed, you always have to check when you take away because there is always something missing, after 20 minutes of driving because you don't live nearby. That’s when we realize that a sandwich is missing, which we paid for, of course. Unable to return to make the claim. So advice always check.

16/09/2024: Used to something that never goes…nice surprise from the team this evening. My order was perfectly packaged, cooking the entire order perfect. No forgetting… Thanks to the team from 09/16 in the evening 👍.

25/08/2024: The manager attacked us as we passed on the other side of the road, accusing us of not having picked up my dog's excrement when he did nothing.

24/08/2024: So where do I start? *the service: we seemed to be disturbing, the waitress was not friendly *the kitchen: half of the products were missing, the prime rib was full of nerves. Carafe of water I’m still waiting for it 😄😄 A tourist trap, to avoid And I forgot: the bread is cut by hand.

12/12/2024: Friendly but dirty place. Dishes are lying around, the tables are dirty while the employees are chatting and finally a hair on the tray. I do not recommend

21/09/2024: This day, I bought at the Marie Blachère bakery in Oloron, 2 hamburgers with minced steak (€13.90) when I was ready to eat them, neither salad nor sauces.......( minced steak, 3 slices of cheddar, 3 small slices of tomatoes all placed in bulk) So I called the said bakery which answered me with confidence "we do not put salad in this recipe and as far as the sauce is concerned, it does not There was more this morning so we didn’t add any.” Not notified at the time of purchase and sold at the same price. GREAT 😡😡😡 While in Pau Bizanos or Lescar "salad and sauces are part of the Burger. You've seen me, you won't see me there again........

09/09/2024: Bar restaurant typical of the Basque country. The sangria is good, the tapas are varied and good. We had a nice time!

03/09/2024: Error in ordering blonde beer.. white beer.. Error in the final invoice +2euros. Too bad the frame is great.

21/08/2024: Too bad the napkins were missing from my takeaway order

21/08/2024: Several times I come to this Macdonald. Too bad the person who takes the order or the one who prepares does not check the ticket. Waiting more than 25 minutes to hand over the drinks (plus they do not correspond to the order placed). Then waiting 15 minutes to have the crushed sandwiches.

27/08/2024: Creo that we did not enter a place in my life, we passed to have a coffee and a cerveza. The baths are washed, they are the ones and the oil that you do not have to enter. The cerveza that was of the grifo was quedó a medias, neither estaba friía nor sabía bien. When we go to the camera and the owner gets excited in a verbal statement that we end up with in our hands, without importing them, we are disappointed by our customers. I don't think I've ever been in a worse place in my life. We stopped for coffee and beer. The bathrooms were disgusting, dirty and smelled like there was no one there to enter. The draft beer was half cooked, neither cold nor good. When it was time to pay, the waiter and owner got into a verbal fight that miraculously did not end in violence, regardless of being in front of the customers.

22/08/2024: Chicken boiled and in bad condition, we had to return it, and the bathroom is infected. The man did not like it and said that it was our opinion, in addition to bad treatment, it would be better if he retired as he is already years old.

20/10/2024: I came to leave a bad comment but I didn't expect to see so many people who had the same feeling as me... frankly it's time to sell your business, you don't have the slightest sense of service or desire to being behind a counter to serve people who are on vacation or on weekends… walking past you and being served by you is equivalent to 2 hours of traffic jams! Maybe the ice cream is good but I wasn't able to enjoy it 😉

07/10/2024: You wonder what these people are doing there apart from making money on the backs of customers with non-quality industrial products!!! Zero +++ hygiene, zero +++ friendliness, rotten humor, no empathy towards customers and so on... And you shouldn't overdo yourself for fear of breaking a finger on the bosses' side: no table service, cardboard cup, only one napkin and no cutlery to eat the crepes... Great, we put them everywhere! When I see the reviews, all negative for at least 4 years, I understand better why now!!! This establishment should have clearly closed a long time ago and made way for real restaurateurs, passionate about their profession and their customers!!! To flee!!!!
