10/03/2026: We came for lunch and ordered seafood and a pizza. Everything was absolutely delicious. It's a wonderful family-run Italian restaurant with a warm atmosphere, and the food is truly top-notch. A place you'll want to return to.

12/05/2026: The interior is truly beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and it's best to book in advance if you're a large group. Service is quite quick. The dishes are absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and generous. From the first bite, you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the chef's expertise. I have a slight preference for the pasta with foie gras, but I also tried the ravioli and pizzas, which were equally delicious.

10/05/2026: They should offer carafes; €25 a bottle on average seems expensive, especially for Italian wine (€5 a glass).

28/04/2026: A very pleasant place with very friendly owners. The atmosphere is also very welcoming! I ordered a four-cheese pizza which was simply excellent, and my friend had the pasta carbonara which he found sublime. We will definitely be back!

27/04/2026: Frankly, I was very disappointed with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the waiter was unpleasant, bordering on rude—no consideration whatsoever for the customers, we clearly felt like we were bothering him. The food didn't make up for it at all: bland dishes, very average quality, nothing justifies the prices. The service was slow, disorganized, and clearly lacked professionalism. Between the cold welcome and the disappointing food, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. Avoid it. The card machine only worked one out of ten times, there was a long queue at the register, and on top of that, the man yelled at us and made another inappropriate remark.

21/05/2026: Food: Overall good, but the green salad recipe needs improvement: it was far too salty. And the strawberry tiramisu: we had to wait quite a while for dessert; the bowl finally arrived, but is it supposed to be eaten hot? The hot bowl melted the cream... just look at the state of that tiramisu (photo 3). Service: Mixed. It's never pleasant to see the group that arrives after you order before you; it's clear there's an organizational problem and a lack of communication within the team. Atmosphere: Catastrophic. I don't know if it's the design of the room that amplifies the noise, but we were seated next to a group of seven people who were shouting and laughing very, very loudly... At least make the effort to move the tables for groups to the back of the room! Conclusion: I won't be back and I'll stop recommending Big Mamma restaurants. Perhaps all these issues are due to the restaurant's popularity? In any case, what B.M. restaurants have to offer no longer meets my criteria.
