14/12/2024: I went to L’eterle to eat with my boyfriend, First of all, we have a beautiful view of the restaurant, We had an antipasto board, a calzone as well as gorgonzola pasta, Concerning the pasta, I haven't eaten one this good in a long time. My friend who had a calzone (delicious) was also convinced by far. Thank you to the waiter for his sympathy, for ensuring that everything goes well for us at the RIGHT time (and not like in other restaurants where you can feel disturbed by the presence of the waiters) Thanks to the pizza maker and the Cuisto for their delicious meal Thank you simply to the team for this great time with my boyfriend. I recommend 100%!

16/12/2024: Edit of 12/15: the quality has dropped significantly in one year. The dough became thicker, rubbery and burnt underneath. Excellent pizzas, nothing to complain about. The dough is perfect, soft, thick but not too thick. The filling is quality. I have never been disappointed. The homemade pana cotta is also very good and generous.

19/01/2026: Absolutely avoid this place!! Avocado and shrimp appetizer (~€10): three tiny pieces of blackened avocado, tasteless shrimp, on a salad drowned in an unappetizing dressing. Salmon bruschetta (~€14): four small, barely visible pieces of salmon on stracciatella and arugula, all served on an elastic and inedible pizza base. Pizzas with raw dough in the center. Unpleasant and very slow service; dishes arrived several minutes apart. Our neighbors at the next table seemed just as disappointed. We left the establishment to finish our meal elsewhere. Unworthy of the prices charged. I strongly advise against it.

17/01/2026: A very bad experience at Taverne La Palerme. We had a reservation for 9:30 PM, and after a 20-minute wait, we still hadn't been seated. No one attended to us during that time. So we decided to leave. The waitress then came back to apologize, explaining that all the tables were occupied. But in that case, what's the point of taking reservations if you're just going to make customers wait? It's a complete lack of organization and respect. We won't be back.

16/01/2026: I'm beyond disappointed. I've been ordering my pizzas from them for two years. Living only 2km away, I've always been well received and there have never been any problems. However, I called this evening to order two pizzas at 6:45 pm and the man on the phone politely brushed me off, telling me that orders are only taken until 6 pm and that I have all day to do it. Well, first of all, no, because I have a job too. I asked him if this was a new policy? He didn't answer and just said thank you and goodbye. I must be dreaming! Is this a joke?

30/12/2025: Excellent pizzas in a really nice setting. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A place you absolutely must discover.

27/11/2025: I ordered takeout; the egg white was still translucent and the pastry barely cooked. A bad experience, I don't recommend it.

20/11/2025: This was my first time ordering from them, and it will be my last. The pizza was anything but a pizza, and to top it off, nine of the ingredients were raw inside. Please review your cooking methods.
