21/08/2026: A first for me tonight, I got a takeaway pizza. Excellent!!! The restaurant is very nice; next time I'll eat in. Friendly staff, warm welcome. Pizza ready on time!!

21/08/2026: We ordered two pizzas to take away. It's a shame the very thin crust pizza was overloaded with toppings; it made the eating experience unpleasant. The balance needs to be rethought; less is more.

09/09/2026: So good, but the service is a bit slow. It's often crowded, but I love it—it's cheap and leaves you feeling full.

10/08/2026: The snack bar is really cool BUT THE HOURS PLEASE DO SOMETHING... IT'S NEVER OPEN! For example: Monday, August 10th at 12:28 PM, it's not open, even though it says it is, and this is the 5th time I've been there and it's still not open... Anyway, it's very good, but only when it's open.

04/09/2026: First time I've been to a restaurant in ages, and even more so here!! It was a great time, we'll be back. The service was quick and the welcome was pleasant.

12/07/2026: Ordered three medium pizzas by phone today, but I came to pick up three small ones. No apology whatsoever. Unpleasant staff who made no effort to speak clearly. It's not a proper oven, but a conveyor belt that heats up. Avoid at all costs.

10/07/2026: First and last order from Pizzeli. I ordered three Margherita pizzas (two with soft crust and one with thin crust), but I received three with soft crust. When I called to report the mistake, they dishonestly insisted everything was fine, even though I've been eating pizza for years and I know perfectly well the difference between a thin and a soft crust. Furthermore, when I arrived to pick up my order, I overheard the staff backstage discussing the pizzas before they even knew it was me, which proves they knew exactly what they had prepared. It really feels like just because you order Margheritas, which cost less in ingredients, the service is sloppy and they're grumpy. I'll order what I want, and the least they can do is respect the customer's choice or own up to their mistakes with a modicum of business sense instead of being condescending. Their customer service needs a complete overhaul; I won't be back.

26/08/2026: We came for lunch as a group of three. The service was quick and pleasant, and the food was excellent with generous portions (penne with chicken and veal stew). The only downside was the woman, who I think was a manager, sweeping the floor and rearranging her artificial flower displays next to us while we were eating, and speaking very rudely to her staff. Otherwise, the food and service were perfect! Thank you.

26/08/2026: Great restaurant! The tagliolinis à l'encre de seiche were excellent. The service was friendly, and I had a great time. I highly recommend it!

18/08/2026: Wow, what a wonderful lunch we had in early August 2026 at this restaurant that had been recommended to us! Excellent Italian-inspired cuisine, presented with care. Located a little at the end of the Quai Valin, we might not have stopped at this restaurant if it hadn't been recommended to us, because, as Sarah told us, there are plenty of options in La Rochelle. We would have truly missed out, and we will definitely return at the first opportunity. Surely one of the best restaurants in town. Just a small note: don't take the table on the terrace that's straddling a metal plate on the sidewalk; your plate will definitely jiggle every time a waiter passes by. A minor detail that didn't spoil our enjoyment!

30/07/2026: Honestly, it's the only restaurant I still go to in Amiens. Affordable, welcoming, and above all, delicious. I would recommend it to anyone; in fact, all the friends I've taken there have loved it.

05/08/2026: The food was decent, but could be better. The primo piatto (first course) to share was a great idea. The waiter, the former owner, was excellent and very experienced.

13/06/2026: Okay, so... Just a moment, please, take a moment to read this... I'm with my niece who's coming for lunch on Saturday to see her grandmother, who's staying with us. I suggest she let her brothers know Grandma is here... and we end up talking on the phone... 13 people! Yes, we love Grandma 🥰. You should know that at Le Poêlon, they answer the phone with exceptional kindness, listening carefully to your needs. Upon arrival, you can park your car. And since the weather was gorgeous... we were immediately offered a table on the terrace. When we arrived, the owner was adjusting the parasols so our table was shaded, and he greeted us warmly with a smile. All the staff are very attentive to your needs, without pressuring you to buy more or take longer, without being intrusive, with proven professionalism and incredible memories. They don't even carry notebooks! And no hesitation whatsoever about the placement of the assigned plates, each as different as it was varied. The buffet... a wide variety, and of course, impeccably fresh. Three menus to choose from; you're sure to find something you'll love. And let's talk about the price.... Well, you won't be shocked; it's more than reasonable. So much so that you're already thinking about the next date to return to Le Poêlon for another exceptional experience and to see the incredibly kind staff again. All my guests, young and old, have said the same thing... "There are still restaurants like this, wow?!" 😍 So, for us, it's a 10 out of 10.
