30/06/2026: Excellent pizza (the dough was exactly how I like it) and delicious tiramisu. The portions were generous. I had a wonderful meal that evening with my colleagues and left feeling very full! :)

22/02/2026: I definitely won't be going back. It's a restaurant I really like, but today I was very disappointed. There were two of us, we ordered the same dish (rigatoni Genovese), and we both found a hair on our plates. They apologized and, of course, asked if we wanted to change it, which we agreed to since we were already seated, but that was it. They did nothing more, no gesture whatsoever to address the situation.

22/06/2026: A very bad experience. We waited over 20 minutes just for our drinks. The service was deplorable, the staff unwelcoming, and the atmosphere cold. The pizza wasn't anything special. I ordered a strawberry diabolo and was brought lemonade, with the simple explanation that they were out of syrup, without even asking if that was alright. We asked for hot sauce and were served oil. In the heat, seeing the owner carrying meat in a bag was rather unsettling. The only positive point was the cook, who at least had the courtesy to smile. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

07/05/2026: I went there twice and was disappointed both times by the poor service. And today I went to get a pizza and they refused my order for no reason (I didn't want to serve you). And the manager speaks rudely to customers and called me ill-mannered and disrespectful.

20/07/2026: Friendly welcome and service. Tender and flavorful veal escalopes. Generous portions. The tiramisu was good, but I'm not sure if it was homemade. A good experience, I'd recommend it.

11/07/2026: The charcuterie board came from the supermarket, and the price was outrageous (€18, if I'm not mistaken, for supermarket sausage and cured ham). The same goes for the pizzas, which weren't worth the price (around €15 is a normal price only if the pizza is good, which wasn't particularly the case here). The wait was quite long for two pizzas, over 20-25 minutes, considering there were only four tables. However, the beer was nice.

06/07/2026: Arrived today, Monday, at 8:30 PM. The restaurant was listed as open on Google but was closed.

05/07/2026: This restaurant is renowned for its exceptionally warm welcome. The pizzas are excellent. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed.

19/06/2026: One phone call, we pick up the pizzas and enjoy! They're excellent and hearty enough to feed a bear. As for the service, no frills or red carpet, it's basic and efficient: but at least we get our order!

25/04/2026: It's a shame it's sorely lacking in toppings, especially cheese, and despite the well-made dough, we're paying for a pizza, not good, warm bread straight from the oven.

22/05/2026: I ordered a pizza last night and I was very happy with it. It was cooked in a wood-fired oven, just like in the old days. The owner was very friendly, clearly loves his work, and does it with passion. The pizza was excellent. As a pizza lover in Toulon, I'll only order from him from now on. 😍

08/05/2026: Absolutely terrible, definitely not Italian food. The lasagna was a misnomer, more like a sloppy mess with an incredibly acidic sauce, and the tiramisu was made with shortbread cookies! I won't be back.

19/07/2026: A must-visit restaurant in Amboise, located at the foot of the St. Hubert chapel. A superb welcome and excellent cuisine served promptly. Highly recommended!

16/07/2026: A very professional team, attentive to the customer, helpful, and kind. It was our first time at Via Roma, but we will gladly return. We recommend them.

19/07/2026: This place is great for enjoying good Italian food and buying Italian products. The restaurant service is quick, the waiters and cooks are friendly and professional, and the food is delicious.

18/07/2026: More than an aperitif on the terrace. Terrible service, unworthy of a place that's supposed to represent Italian excellence. No one to seat you, no one to take your order, no one to ask for the menu, and it feels like a disturbance... the outside staff isn't Italian and doesn't provide good service. Sunday brunch. Beautiful atmosphere, good food, but terrible service. No one clears the plates, more than half an hour to get the welcome cocktail and coffees. The waiters' attitude is listless despite the full room. In June, with 30-degree temperatures, we had to beg for a carafe of water. For a brunch costing €50 per person, the service is unacceptable.

27/06/2026: The pizzas are good, which is the only reason I'm not giving it one star. However, the service is unacceptable. I placed my order at 8:00 PM with a promised delivery time of 50 minutes. By 9:54 PM, I still hadn't received anything. After waiting for almost two hours, I refused delivery. No meal justifies such a delay, especially without clear communication or adherence to the promised delivery time. If you know you can't meet the deadlines, state a realistic wait time or inform your customers. It's a shame, because the quality of the pizzas is marred by such poor organization.

13/05/2026: Bad experience. Medium pizzas placed in small boxes unsuitable for pizza, meaning the pizzas were compressed inside. No flavor, no taste. I do not recommend it at all. I regret it.
