In short, even if the food wasn't bad, when you go to a restaurant on a Saturday night, it's to have a pleasant time and relax, not to be treated condescendingly... In any case, we quickly realized we were bothering her. I don't know if it was the manager, the waitress, or what her position was, but in any case, she needs to review her training or find a new job. Given the number of good restaurants nearby with competent and friendly waitresses, more competitive prices, pizzas without sidewalks, and more generous portions, why go back? That's the question... I'll just clarify in response to your reply that of course we arrived before our 15-20 minute delay and that it wasn't a problem for you (please coordinate between the waitresses next time). I'll even show you a screenshot from my phone of my second call just to demonstrate your bad faith... and when I wait for the order from the kitchen, the "go ahead and send them the cheese" after our discussion... it speaks volumes about the service. You can't be busy setting up the restaurant for the next day's service and take care of your last two customers at the same time. I understand that the week may have been long and complicated, etc., but if you're disturbing us at 9:30 PM to set up the next service, you should have let us know, and we would have left, I swear, ma'am. I didn't come here to settle a score, just to leave a negative review about the service. Anyway, we discussed it at the restaurant, just the two of us. And regarding your question about my profession, it reflects your mindset perfectly—it's irrelevant.

21/07/2026: A very good experience at Café Terrasse! The meal was really good, the ingredients were high quality, and the waitress was very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return.

10/07/2026: The cocktail and drink menu was excellent, the food was superb, and the atmosphere was delightful. I had my first meal with tentacles, and I wonder why I waited so long to try them—delicious!

23/07/2026: An unpleasant experience due to poor service provided by a team of tired young people... The young woman at the till spoke curtly and pressured us to order our cups/cones as quickly as possible, even though it wasn't busy. The young people next to us, dedicated to making the ice cream, kept joking amongst themselves, sighing, and looking up at the sky, giving the impression that they were being forced to be where they were... The ice cream was good, but the ice cream parlors ten meters away were much more welcoming!

19/07/2026: The restaurant looked great and inviting at first glance. I ordered five waffles, but they turned out to be frozen and reheated in barely 20 seconds. I asked for takeout, and they served them between two cardboard plates. The waffles were inedible. €16 for five frozen sugar waffles.

05/05/2026: The setting is very beautiful, the interior charming, however, a huge disappointment at lunchtime. The service was a bit rushed, and we were told it was homemade when it wasn't (the poached egg in red wine sauce was watery, the risotto was undercooked and swimming in butter). Not great for an Italian restaurant. Coca-Cola was served by the glass, which is against the rules (€4 a glass and flat), and to top it all off, the chocolate fondant was reheated in the microwave. A bit pricey for the mediocre quality. I don't recommend it and I'm very disappointed.

17/07/2026: After arriving in Nice, we took a stroll around and then had dinner here on our first day. The portion size was quite large, but it was delicious.

16/07/2026: Great location and a good experience, but never book online unless you want to find yourself in a dark, first-floor room in the middle of summer.
