26/01/2026: Very good pizza, excellent panna cotta, good welcome from the owner (better than in his early days, it's true), old-fashioned interior, but the important thing is to eat well with good products!

12/01/2026: Excellent homemade pizzas. The owner was very welcoming and offered suggestions to suit our tastes, even though we arrived at 1 p.m. on a Sunday without a reservation. I highly recommend it.

15/11/2025: First visit since the restaurant reopened. What a pleasant surprise! The pizza I had was excellent; you can tell everything is homemade. My partner's butcher's cut was also excellent (a minor point about the fries, which weren't homemade, but that's a small detail). The desserts we chose were very good. All the staff are helpful, attentive, and friendly. We had a wonderful time together, and we'll definitely be back!

05/01/2026: For lunch yesterday, Sunday, I found myself at Villa Romana. My first impression: it's a restaurant frequented by regulars, as almost all the customers greeted each other, which is a good sign. Indeed, the food was very good, the selection very varied, and the service impeccable. The prices are very reasonable (especially the set menu for €21, which included ribeye steak and a glass of wine).

14/09/2025: Very good pizzeria. Good service. Friendly manager. The restaurant's decor, which has remained unchanged, could use a refresh.

30/08/2025: The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, the interior decor is a bit dated but it's a very nice surprise! The pizzas are very good, the desserts too (and generous!). Very family atmosphere with lots of regulars. Very good value for money. We will return.

28/12/2025: I was delighted with my visit to Caffè San Carlo, right next to Saint-Charles train station, as the staff served me with great professionalism and kindness. I enjoyed fresh and tasty dishes, with excellent value for money for Marseille. The service was quick, even during peak hours, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. I will definitely return on my next trip to the city 😊🍝☕️

24/09/2025: Extremely poor restaurant service. We weren't served at all, and we waited 15 minutes just for the menu. We weren't asked for drinks until 40 minutes later.

08/09/2025: A RELAXING, IMPORTANT STOPOVER An ideal place after a good walk, whether you arrive via the GR20 SOUTH or GR20 NORTH. A relaxing arrival point, the staff's always friendly and welcoming staff are always available for those who want a delicious pizza. The Bolognese sauce, made by Francesco, is to die for.

11/11/2024: Italian restaurant with great wood-fired pizzas! Small menu, attentive waitresses, fair price. The only downside: the base cheese is Emmental and not mozzarela. Very good experience 🥰

16/01/2026: A very nice establishment with welcoming staff. The penne alla siciliana was excellent, as was the pizza, which was generous and flavorful. The tiramisu was delicious. The only downside: rather high prices (€22 for the Margherita, €14 for the tiramisu).

26/12/2025: On a busy weekend off the main road and a few steps from the opera..sits this beautiful italian restaurant in a quiet square. Me and my family had a beautiful dinner outdoors. The food was top(pizza, truffle pasta and veal milanese with the best chocolate fondue for dessert) and the service was really special.

18/06/2025: Platter of cold meats and cheese priced at €8.90 for 4 pieces of rosettes, 5 small pieces of sausage, small slices of Emmental and chips, shame I can't put the photo then the salmon pasta bland, no taste, I didn't even finish my plate and the hard bread €50 for two for that never again

Déjà on arrive on demande une table le serveur nous demande d'attendre dehors le temps quil dresse la table, chose qu'il na pas fait, il est parti et ne reviens jamais nous voir. Heureusement un de ces collègues très pro nous a installé et dressé la table. Concernanr les pizzas, rien à voir avec les pizzas d'avant. Ont ils changés le fromage ou.autre chose ? Pizza insipide, fromage dur sur la reine, avant le fromage etait coulant, la il etait figé et tout levgras ressortait sur la pizza comme si de l'huile avait etait rajouté. Je suis déçu. Dommage de perdre des clients locaux. J'espère que le patron prendra conscience des messages et que ça redeviendra les meilleurs pizzas
